Waited for it to come said I would be notified in 1 to 3 days for delivery nothing e mailed just got an email from them asking if I had emailed sent one back saying I had emailed them didn't hear nothing asked for refund still nothing in the end I got on to PayPal for a refund never deal with them again

The delivery was super fast, arriving over 2 hours early. Putting together the sofa took just 5 minutes, and it's so comfy. Love it!

BEWARE AS THIS COMPANY ARE 100% SCAMMERS!! Love all the fake reviews in the past day or so! Their facebook page has been reported and removed! They will be reported to trading standards! They will also be reported for continued harassment after I blocked them from contacting me! They used another mobile to text me on WhatsApp. So using Customer data to text me and call me a rat 🐀 not exactly the best business model!

Bought a recliner chair and footstool at the best price I could find. Had a bit of a mix-up with the delivery dates between the store and the actual delivery people, but they sorted it out. Overall, pretty stoked with my purchase and the company.

Offered a fire we were looking for, purchased, added the discount code of 10%. Then checked out. Later in the day, received a email, asking if we want to pay the 10% or a refund. What? Unreal and never come across this before. I have taken a refund.

Allowed me to order a product that didn't exist. They did process my refund when I notified them that I hadn't received the goods after a month but also threatened to send a "cease and desist" letter to me for my negative review here calling them a scam website. Not 100% sure whether it is a scam website but terrible customer experience either way. Seems like a lot of other ppl had similar experiences so this isnt a one off.

Awful service. Paid in full for several items & paid extra for assembly. Needed a specific delivery date as due to work commitments need weekend delivery although did book time off for a weekday afternoon. A week after paying we have no idea when anything is arriving, with a WhatsApp to say one item (no clear detail of which item) is going to be 2 months although we were led to believe all was in stock & on 2 days ago they said all should be ok. Then no confirmation or reply …. After calling for 2 days they did say they’d call me back ‘in 10 mins’ - that was over 5 hours ago and no update x

I have not received my item yet. Was supposed to arrive yesterday 9/4/24. Communication is none existing. Could improve on communication big time.

I order beginning of march and was meant to be delivered beginning of April and I’m still waiting on the chest of drawers and now I am wanting a refund they reply slow!! Avoid at all cost

No information about what say delivery will happen. Left items at main door, without informing, my children had to ger it upstairs. Very disappointed and disgusting service.

BEWARE!!! Allowing to purchase items they don’t have and have been discontinued! Poor service and don’t tell you until days later. They still have the items up for sell. TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AFTER AN ENQUIRY OVER MY REFUND! THIS COMPANY ASKED ME TO REMOVE MY UNFAIR TRUSTPILOT REVIEW! I HAVE SCREEN SHOT THIS EMAIL. IF YOU DIDNT TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY WHEN YOU DONT EVEN HAVE THE STOCK THEN YOUR CUSTOMERS WOULDNT WRITE YOU BAD REVIEWS AND YOU SHOULDNT TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS TO REMOVE THERE REVIEWS DUE TO BEING UNFAIR! TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL ROUND AND I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN!
