Awful company allowed me to purchase an item took my money then later told me they have no stock! Informed me I would be refunded but are ignoring calls emails and WhatsApp messages and still no refund!

Terrible company, ordered a desk it said it was in stock and delivery within 7 days, never arrived, they messaged saying it’s out of stock but I still haven’t been refunded nearly 4 weeks later and they don’t answer the phone or emails. Stay Clear!

FURCO had the cheapest price I could find online for the same mirrored chest of drawers by far. Super fast service, and it was really well packaged. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!

Got a wardrobe from FURCO and paid a bit extra for delivery and installation. The fitter was awesome, and the wardrobe looks fantastic! A couple of hanging rails were missing, but the FURCO team quickly sorted it out. Great communication and super helpful when I needed them!

Incorrect sofa delivered, Ray picked this up. Then sent another incorrect sofa out. Then told will get full refund, that was 2 weeks ago, and surprise they don’t answer the phone, ignore emails. An on live chat palm you off. Reported to trading standards and seek legal advice. Shocking company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The worst company ever! Not trustworthy at all . Be warned you will not receive your goods and you will not get a refund ! They quite happily took £737.10 and emails and watsapp messages are being ignored. This is a absolute disgrace and now we are seeking legal action ! absolutely gutted

Our sofas arrived right on time, and we could easily track the delivery. Mario gave us a call 40 minutes before they arrived, and the sofas were smoothly brought into our lounge. My husband had no trouble assembling them, and they’re absolutely lovely—strong, comfortable, and just what we wanted!

I was told my couch was going to be delivered in 1-2 weeks I have tried contacting you directly today but the sales email address bounced back and I’ve tried from two accounts which is really worrying! I’ve then looked at all the negative reviews on here and on instagram. Avoid! How can a company operate with no working email? Customer service is zilch I just hope I can get a refund. You’re taking money from innocent people who save to get nice things and you don’t deliver!

Huge thanks for the prompt delivery and assembly! The team from Furco made it look effortless, even though the suite is anything but light. I'm absolutely thrilled with my 3-2-1 black vegan leather set- it's incredibly comfortable, and I love being able to put my feet up wherever I sit. The size is perfect for my space, and the added back support is an unexpected bonus. Couldn't be happier!

Fantastic service from start to finish! From ordering to receiving my sofas, I received weekly updates, and the entire process took just tow weekly. The two delivery guys were polite and even took all the packaging with them. Five stars all around, and the price was great too!

I ordered online and received regular email updates about my order and its estimated delivery time. The entire process went smoothly, with notifications a few days before arrival, and the order arrived as scheduled. A big thank you to Furco—the quality of both the products and service is excellent. I would rather flush my money down the toilet! I ordered a lamp, paid for a lamp 2 days later received a WhatsApp message to tell me the lamp was out of stock, no refund, no offer of something else, I sent 2 emails, no response, I sent several WhatsApp messages back asking for a refund no response. I tried to ring and no answer and mailbox full so unable to leave message, quite clearly they don’t want to give my money back so I can only think there scammers !

Got a wardrobe set from here and I'm super happy with it! The team made everything so easy, from picking it out to getting it delivered. The delivered was easy to put together. It looks great and feel really sturdy. Great value for money, and I'd definitely shop here again!

We purchased a grey anyna sofa and they told us that will be delivered in a few days then came into weeks then no communication from these SCAMMERS. Contacted them and they told me that it will be delivered in a few days then no communication from them again. They STOLE my 75 year old DISABLED FATHER’S MONEY. Then Apparently the company went into “Liquidation” which is absolutely crap because the owner still owns it. Look on company house and you will see the officers who own the company. I am still fighting for the money. I hope these people go to prison for Fraud! Karma is coming for them. Apparently they don’t have any assets. Furco are a bunch of thieves. Keep your money and go to a big company not these small companies because you won’t get you product or your money back.
