Amazing quality, so so very happy with the sofa I ordered, was delivered on Saturday 11/3, delivery driver was well mannered and respected my property.

Avoid this company. It us the same company. If it was really under new management they would have changed their name completly. I ordered a sofa and didn't even get a invoice through. I ordered it on 17th March 2022. I tried phoning and emailing I emailed more than a dozen times. I've still not had a email or reply from them. I messaged 10 times they wouldn't get back to me. In the end I had to use my bank to get my money back. They took over £1000. They are conmen plain and simple!

Telling when you have to change your TrustPilot to this is not furco.co.uk. Like many customers on here, I ordered a table in December, I was emailed a 1 line email saying delivery would be February due to the holidays. I am patient, I wait, I don't want to wait until Feb and email for a refund. No answer to any of my three emails. I then decide I'll just proceed with the order and email to let them know. No answer. I wait until Feb and email asking for a status update. My reply? I was shocked to receive one. 'did we not refund you'?, Er no! Why are you asking me. I was then told my order may have been dispatched but they weren't sure and would have to check. I asked how they could they possibly be unsure and not know?! I was told they didn't have my order and I would be refunded that day. Two days later, no refund, no response to emails. I am now raising a dispute with PayPal, thankfully I'm confident I'll get my money back. What sort of jester company is this? My 6 year old would provide better, more customer focused responses. As many others, save your energy, time and money. Just avoid.
Seen quite a few bad reviews on here. However, i cannot fault this company. Absolutely brilliant sofa, TOP quality, delivery team was fantastic too. All round great service.

Ordered a Sofa on 26th Dec 2021, 6-8 lead time. I was called on 17th Jan and offered an alternative "because the one we ordered could possibly be delayed", which we declined. That was the last time i spoke to anyone from Furco. Called at least 30 times over a six week period, emailed numerous times, Whatsapp messaged and they point blank refuse to answer any form of communications. 4 months later I was forced to get my money back through my Credit Card company. With such poor service and now I find so many customer complaints about them, how are they not shut down?
Do not deal with this Co once you have paid you will not be able to contact them again either by email or phone unless it suits them. After 3 months I was given a delivery date, but no delivery arrived I then received an email saying the delivery vehicle had broken down on the way and was given a new date the next week once again no delivery arrived and despite numerous emails and voicemails to this day I have not heard from them, fortunately I paid with PayPal who soon got me my money back.
MESSAGE TO FURCO: you can reply to my comment saying furco is not operating online and is permanently closed(speaking in the third person like is not FURCO who is answering 🤣) just because you marked your company on Google as "permanently closed" to void more bad reviews. Your website is active and selling. You may avoid new reviews, but the court order is being enforced soon. YOU ARE PAYING!!! you can trust me on that. Not only you are refunding 100% of my money, you are paying the fees too. Isn't the law fantastic? See what the law can do to a bunch of scammers?? Talk soon my loves! UPDATE!!!!! after months of trying to sort out the problem with them (unsuccessfully), I decided to go the hard way. If you are having problems with them, keep reading, I am going to tell you all you have to do. As I live in Scotland and furco is based in England the process is a little more difficult. You need to make a simple claim in court. You need to fill some forms and explain the situation, also send all the evidence you have, like emails, text, anything. All this can be done online and it's pretty easy. Depending on your situation you will have to pay a fee for this application, but you can state in the same application that you want the other part to pay this fee. The court will send notification to them allowing them to respond or pay. Of course Furco never answered to any notification so the sheriff ruled in my favour. Now it was time to contact a sheriff officer to enforce the decision. Then, Furco contacted me offering half price refund and keep the sofa, and asked me to delete this review... I refused and make them a counteroffer but they never replied to me. Apparently it is their way or the highway. I gave them some time to get back to me but they didn't so I am now in the process off enforcing the order. For us living in Scotland, we need to certified with a solicitor te documents the court sent me. One is the decree or court decision and also you will need a certified of money provisions, both documents will be issued by the same court. Once you have this, there is different companies in England that can help you with the enforcement. There are also fees you need to pay them, but once the order is enforced they will refund the money (because the debtor is liable for this fee). So, now furco will have to pay me the full amount I paid for the rubish sofa they sent me and also, they will have to cover the enforcement fees. Stay away from this company!!! I bought a sofa less than a month ago, a spring just popped up I the middle seat (which is the one we don't use) and scratched my son's leg. This is not even the first problem I have with the sofa, and the right seat is constantly moving and making noises. I contacted them and they just offered to repair the seat, obviously I didn't pay £700 to have a repaired sofa. I requested a new sofa or a refund, and they refuse! They will be facing now an injury claim.
Avoid!!! I ordered sofa set from Furco in January 2022. The company showed on the website will be delivery 4-6 weeks. But I still not receive any items over 7 weeks. I tried multiple times to send email and contact the company by phone. But no reply, no answer. What happened for this company. I don't know, I just want to cancel my order and give my money back. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Hope Furco can reply me ASAP
Don’t go near this company. Take money on ordering, don’t deliver, then don’t have your sofa in stock, then offer another to choose, still don’t deliver. Request refund, ignore then give a delivery date day in advance. Turn up with a sofa not even leather. Don’t call as promised by driver to arrange correct sofa delivery. All emails and phone messages ignored…still no sofa and sat on a garden chair! Disgusting company! Reply says you can no longer order online this is not true! Under new management since May so what was the excuse for not delivering an order from 2021?
Avoid! Dodgy as hell. What company asks for cash on delivery? So odd. Plus when you call them some gangster sounding man answers with no telephone etiquette and doesn't even answer the phone with the company name as you'd expect from any online retailer customer service number. Just complete and utter scam.
