We ordered an reclining armchair and reclining sofa from Furco. They quoted delivery at 1-2 weeks (against a lot of the competitors 14-16 weeks) and it arrived exactly 2 weeks to the day of ordering. Very happy with the price, communications and a very nice quality leather. The courier SKG sent frequent texts and the delivery window was quoted to the nearest 30 minutes. I would certainly buy again from Furco

Ordered a bed/mattress in November. Bed landed late in December without mattress. When mattress eventually landed we reported damage to one of the bed panels and were asked why we hadnt reported immediately. Mainly because we didnt have a mattress for the bed. They then accused us of damaging the bed. in the middle of all of this they somehow refunded us money for the mattress by mistake but still havent resolved the faulty panel for the bed. They are now accusing me of ransoming them because i am refusing to return the refund until i receive the faulty part. Yet they have put the faulty part on hold until they receive the refunded money back. Dont use at all costs "Shambholic"

Disgraceful service. Firstly they booked our order in for the 27th November, I contacted them and they said they had no record of it even though it was in black and white on whatsapp for that date, they rearranged for the next week then delayed that again. They then delivered the wrong sofa stated they just delivered the wrong colour however then they didn’t have our sofa in stock and had to wait for it to be made - so essentially they knew they couldn’t fulfil the order and brought the wrong one hoping we would take it!! Then to be told our sofa will be no later than the 20th December, now been told it won’t be till at least the 22nd. They ignore WhatsApp messages, avoid calling you back or answering their phone, then just repeat the same thing over and over again talking over you on the phone calling you ‘my friend’. Honestly the worst service We’ve ever had. I have zero hope that our sofa will arrive and I’ll be taking them to trading standards if it doesn’t AVOID FURCO DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!!!!
We ordered two beds months back and then after two months we have been told to choose a different beds as the one I chose was Out of stock so we chose different beds and we only receive one after chasing them up , and the second one never arrive when I asked the customer service they didn’t even bother to tell me any updates . Well the only bed we received came without instructions booklet how to assemble it and then when I contacted the customer service for the instructions, they had told me they are going to send me the same day via email or WhatsApp but they never send me any assembled instructions. I would advise not to buy anything from them . Most of the stock you see online it’s actually not is stock and what they say they have still you will not going to receive it . Worst experience with this company
Very nice sofas and easy to purchase
Took a while to arrive after ordering but only because the product was not in stock but offered us an alternative which we are very happy with. Our leather 3 + 1 leather recliners are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Andrew and Tracey Corley.
I wanted to say thank you for the new sofa, it’s absolutely beautiful. & especially for coming all the way to Manchester! The delivery drivers were amazing too! Both friendly and efficient. They rang to give me an ETA... so I didn’t have to take any time off work. They offered to help me unpack it, and fit the legs on. Which most company’s don’t! Thank you so much!
