Allowed me to place and order then had an email later the same day to say the item was out of stock. Should not have been availible on the website when not availible!

Terrible service. Ordered and paid for. They asked for my phone number then no contact. I emailed and tried phoning. No room on answer machine to leave a message and no answer to emails. Luckily I paid on Paypal and they refunded my money. Don't use this company.
My experience with Furco was amazing. I found the cheapest, affordable corner sofa bed with beautiful colour and storage. But my appreciation for this is their outstanding customer service; quick response and Ryhan was very helpful and kind. Thank you Furco!
The only reason I'm giving a one star review is because you say you will not be sending any more notifications to give a review. As I'm still waiting for the product to arrive I can't give a more accurate review than this. The wardrobe will not arrive until either next week or two so this isn't anyone's fault
Ordered item, only to be told discontinued
Ordered a shoe storage unit on line, was in stock then told they had discontinued the colour. Shocking service
Item discontinued, asked for a refund. Tried to ring them up, no reply mailbox is full. Heard nothing.
I was an easy to understand process.
Jamal was very helpful in our purchase of a footstool that we needed for our holiday home. Excellent communication, kept me up to speed on delivery and kindly sent the tracking number. All in all a highly recommended business and Jamal will look after you very well indeed!
No communication regarding delivery. Took two emails before someone responded to say that the item I had paid for was out of stock, and I was being refunded.
Customer service is poor.
Ordered my 3 year old son’s bed on 30th December, received a text to say would be delivered on 5th January and never arrived. Called on 6th to chase and was told they would call me back. Never did so emailed again to chase. Received an email to say due to pricing distribution issues in order to get my bed I would need to pay more money and I said no. I paid in full, receipt and an alternative cheaper option was offered which wasn’t ideal as the measurements don’t work. They have been emailing back and forth today asking for more money so they can deliver and I requested a refund 3 times and not acknowledged this request just persisting for more money. I will be taking this further. Following the above I can confirm a full refund was processed swiftly
We ordered a mattress on 26th Dec, emailed the company on the 2nd January to ask about delivery approximate, heard back on 3rd January that the item was not available, offered an alternative but we declined, we asked for a refund on 3rd January and received it on the 4th January.
Accepted my order, but then realised they had no stock! Whilst they arranged for an immediate refund it would be better if they kept up to date with their stock.
I normally go for big reputable companies but after buying a sofa from one it ended up a nightmare I needed one urgently so I had a good look round and decided on this company I can honestly say it was so fast and there furniture is so cheap and the guy come in arranged it for me I didn't have to lift a finger really nice material sturdy sofas . I definitely would recommend this company 10 out of 10 stars 🌟
Order said in stock at time of order. This was a week ago and not due delivery for another two weeks.
Very helpful customer service. Just had an issue with delivery updates and the item wasn't in stock after the website said it was, but to be fair it was only about 4 days to wait for stock and then a further 5 days for delivery, so pleased overall now it's arrived in time for Christmas:-)
Communication was excellent, Polite and very helpful..
I didn’t get my refund and I did make a order it was available and after I made the payment it say out of order
