It's a tricky one because I dont know what to believe, is this company really short staffed which means they cannot answer the phone or is there something else going on...i really dont know but thankfully I didn't lose any money but did waste a bit of time. I basically found a sofa i liked, called them and they picked up, answered my questions about stock/delivery time. I then placed the order, but my card wasn't being accepted, tried it again 3 times and got the same error message. I then called them up but no answer. I then got a confirmation email for my order but no money had been taken from my card. I called again a few more times, and eventually got through. Someone said they're having payment system issues and that it should be sorted but it may mean that i need to make a future payment. I said ok. 2 days later, i was getting concerned and came across the trustpilot reviews, i began to worry even more because even though i hadnt lost money, i was under time pressure to get a sofa. I called and called and emailed but no response. Eventually i did get a reply explaining the payment issue again and a suggestion to call up and make a payment directly over the phone. I requested the whole order be cancelled and to ensure no money was taken from my account. I didnt get a response and im hoping they do stick to my request without taking my money. All in all, not the greatest experience and it's hard to tell if this company is genuinely having issue and are short staffed but now having placed a new order with another company, the experience i've had with customer service is like black and white compared to furco. My advice to furco if they want to stay in business is get someone to answer the phones because not having any point of contact as a customer and for products which are hundreds if not thousands of pounds, is incredibly frustrating. You're not dealing with everyday items which customers pay peanuts for, you're dealing with expensive household items! People are going to care more about a grand missing from their account versus 50 quid! Anyhoo, this is my experience, I would always recommend using trustpilot to check any online company where you simply can't go into a show room.
First time using this company as I've been searching around for wardrobes that I like and was able to find the perfect one which was so easy to place an order and price is very affordable definitely will be using this company in the future
Seemed fairly simple, looking out for my delivery and chair now, hope its worth it.
Very dodgy company. They never answer the phone/email/whatsapp or messenger. Had to do a chargeback on credit card to recover funds. Avoid at all costs. Possible scammers.
Easy to find what I wanted. Good website to navigate around. Good choice of sofas etc and happy with the price I paid for my sofa. First time I’ve used FURCO and looking forward to receiving my order.
Similar problems to other reviewers, ordered and paid for dining table, waited over 21 days, no communication, sales email does not respond ( it’s in the order confirmation email). Finally received a response after contacting the customer service email, order then cancelled due to manufacturer issues…. Refund pending in PayPal. Not sure what is happening with this company but would not use again or recommend. Update - it’s now 5th March - pending refund in PayPal failed so am trying to claim money back through PayPal. No communication from Furco as to getting money back.

Absolutely diabolical !!! Take your money and fail to deliver, despite promises !!! Do not answer phones ( any numbers ) Wassap, the only way to reach them is to go through sales numbers as if you are purchasing!! Given out fake names when you do get hold of them eventually, so you do not know who you are actually talking to. You trade with this company at your own peril, the company needs banning and closing down Shabaz Dhajia return my money !!!!
Terrible experience. Ordered an expensive office chair in mid December. Not delivered by end January but actually managed to get through on the phone to Furco after several attempts. They said they checked with their supplier who would be sending the chair direct and it would be with us in a few days. It has not arrived and now it is impossible to reach Furco. I then checked with their supplier who have no record of any order, let alone anything which indicates a delivery to us. Draw your own conclusion! I only wish I had checked Furco's Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. Fortunately we will get our money back from the credit card company but don't go within a mile of this company. And beware of the so-called positive reviews. Most of them look completely fake Ok so Furco have now responded but take a look at the dates. I wrote this review originally in February 2022. They took my review so seriously that it took them 2 years and nearly 4 months to respond. Wow. These guys are wedded to customer service. As I said originally, don’t go within a mile of them.
Customer’s service absolutely non existent. Ordered a bed and got worried after reading other reviews, item was delivered and when assembling found headboard was heavily marked and no instructions. I’ve spent months trying to contact them with no joy!
I really would not recommend this company.. I rang up asking how long my delivery would be he said it would be last week as my sofa had been in transit for a whole week so no reason why it would take long... I then rang the delivery company which hadn't even heard of my order. So I have now been told to wait till Wednesday to hear about a delivery date because my sofa was picked up over the weekend, even after already been told it was picked up last Friday.. I really dont think anyone is aware of what is going on and they never ever answer the phone! Terrible
Please save yourself money, and months of stress and heartache by shopping elsewhere. I purchased their Chicago leather recliner with drinks holders (£1,000) and after 2 months of waiting on a delivery date I was told it was in the country and ready to be delivered. 2 weeks later it had supposedly become unavailable, and I was given the choice to wait a further 3 weeks for another shipment, or cancel with full refund, and I obviously cancelled, or thought I did. On 3 separate occasions I was promised a full refund, and on all 3 occasions they failed to fulfil their promise. They ignored all phone calls, and emails so I had no choice but to contact the finance company, who I paid monthly instalments too, which by this point I’d very nearly paid off the full amount, did they finally cancel the order through them, and issued me a full refund. 4 months later!!! Trading standards are now looking into how they run their business.
I ordered a dressing table stool online in November and confirmed by them a delivery of 1-2 weeks. Four weeks later after phoning and emailing, I was told in stock in February, but still stating online "in stock". I asked for a refund, I'm still waiting !! I have reported them to trading standards at Newham. Do not use this company.

Buyer beware, awful. Terrible comms and no customer service. Never answer emails or phone calls. Sofa delivery arranged finally (they phoned with one day notice and weeks and weeks late), drivers did not even try to deliver, Pulled up, looked inside door and said no although other companies have no problem to deliver. Had to claim via credit card company who refunded without issue as they could not get a reply from the company either! Shocking.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS. I AM STILL WAITING A REFUND OF £430.00 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVES IT BACK FOR NON DELIVERY. I HAVE RUNG EMAILED AND SPOKEN TO STAFF ON A FEW OCCASIONS WHEN YOU CAN GET THROUGH AND THEY HAVE PROMISED ON THESE OCCASIONS I WILL GET THE REFUND. THEY ARE LAIRS.
