Ik zie dat ze gemiddeld een oranje ster score hebben. Dat is schandalig hoog. Ik krijg inmiddels al 4 jaar € 108 van ze (gelukkig is het bedrag niet hoger). Zij hebben in Corona tijd de boel belazerd. Ik heb hele hoge bedragen langs zien komen die flix nooit heeft terugbetaald aan gedupeerden. Ik hoop dat ze failliet gaan. Nooit boeken bij deze frauduleuze bende.

Consumer warning I’m waiting for my refund since April 2020 almost 2 years. Any time I call them ask for refund or voucher they said we will send you in 3 business day but nothing happens sine April 2020. Now for last three day (From March 7 , 2022) tried to call them but their number doesn’t work and they respond to any emails. They are the worst company I’ve ever deal. Don’t do any business with this thief company.
Sadly for all you still waiting for refunds from this company, I suspect they’re no longer trading. Last Friday I looked at hotels to use my credit with them (which like everyone else I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to get a refund for), and there was a small selection at my chosen destination. Went to look again the following day to make a booking and since then have been unable to get onto their website. I also emailed them and have as yet received no response. I think that’s the last I’ll see of the £400+ of mine that they’ve been hanging on to since late 2019.
I too have not been able to receive my money for 2 years, they are thieves! AND ELSE THEY DON'T ANSWER FOR MY REQUEST. I want to ask a question Europe enriches its banks in this way without returning the money of poor people! return the money?! We have 2 families Makhmudova Djamilya and Zarina! E' da circa due anni che chiedo il rimborso di 186 euro miseri, non mi rispondono più nemmeno. Mi sono anche rivolto ad una associazione per i consumatori di Bolzano ma niente da fare. Si sono fregati/rubati i miei soldi. Grandi ladri!!!!!!
My comments about FLIX HOTELS. I have a very bad experience with them. They cheated us. This is very bad and it is definitely FRAUD. I can't believe such frauds still happening in this world. I am waiting almost two years for my refund. I think this is a fraud company. How a European governments allow these type fraud people operate this type of company. IT IS SHAME! I send many similar letter to them but they are not even responding to may mail. They behaves like thieves. SHAME again. This is regarding the reimbursement of C$ 844 for hotel Cancellation confirmation S-211093. I have been waiting for a long time for this reimbursement. You should have never withdrawn funds from my account till the occupancy time. I am a senior citizen of 77 years old and I will not be traveling anymore outside of my country due to health problems.Therefore I request you again to make arrangements to reimburse me the above amount as soon as possible.I think that this is a fraud company. Why are you not responding to mails? Please refund my MONEY. DON'T BE A THIEF! Best regards

Llevo año y medio y no te devuelven el dinero del REEMBOLSO. Lo que tienes que hacer es una ¨ DEVOLUCION DE CARGO´¨ en el banco. En caso de que pasen 3 meses desde tu compra,y cancelacion. ( YA SE ENCARGA FLEXIHOTELES DANDOTE LARGAS, Y DICIENDOTE QUE EN 15 DIAS TE LO REEMBOLSAN ETC ETC. QUE LUEGO ES MENTIRA, SOLO GANAN TIEMPO). Ya lo tienes mas dificil para la DEVOLUCION DE CARGO. Entonces tienes que poner una DENUNCIA, y con la denuncia presentarla al banco y remitirla al SEGURO DE TARJETA que hiciste la compra, para solicitar la DEVOLUCION DE CARGO. Booked a hotel in Italy, had to cancel and ...nothing. No use trying to use their discount code issued to me and clearly stating that it is valued for 5 years..more like seconds! Absolutely no hope in writing, e mailing or calling, there is no response. Please check when booking through Trivago and I am sure, others. AVOID
Booked in Jan 2020. It was a free cancellation room. Due to covid like many others I had to cancel. I was promised a refund within 6 weeks. Did not happen. Was then issued with a voucher which i declined. I was then told that the law had changed in Germany on 1/4/20 which allowed companies like Flix to issue vouchers instead of refund (this was not true) Even though they lied to me about this I had cancelled my booking prior to alleged law change and demanded money refund. Was told 6 weeks. Did not happen. Was then told refund would be issued by end December 2020. Did not happen. Here we are now nearing the tail end of 2021. No refund. No contact. Fail to reply to emails. Have failed to engage with a german mediator. How can the German tourist industry allow for a company like this to operate? I am still owed £320. Please save yourself the hassle and do not book with Flix. TRIVAGO should also be held accountable for their part at they advertised these cowboys on their site.
I had to cancel my London hotel in early March 2020 as I had broken my shoulder… this was weeks before Lockdown. Like everyone else on here I have not been refunded my money. The only reason I booked with them was because they had advertised Free Cancellation…. Which as we all know now was an absolute scam. I’m £400 out of pocket, and because of covid I have not been able to work… that money could have helped me so much. It makes me sick to my gut how they have run off with everyone’s hard earned cash. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
Pessimo, sono dei DISONESTI che hanno speculato sulla pandemia. A febbraio 2020 avevo prenotato un soggiorno per i miei genitori a Minorca (2400€ completamente rimborsabili). Chiesto il rimborso per l'emergenza Covid a Maggio: hanno prima proposto vaucher che abbiamo rifiutato in quanto ci spettava il rimborso, poi ci hanno promesso il rimborso DOPO il 31/12/2021. Dopo aver minacciato vie legali, hanno promesso il rimborso dopo ENTRO il 31/12/2020: ovviamente mai visto. E' una vergogna che questi tedeschi possano rimanere così impuniti. MAI PIU'
Same story as many others. Booked a hotel through them in 2019 for an exhibition taking place in July 20. COVID stuck so needed to cancel and request a refund. Only booked with them because they had a vacancy at our preferred Hotel and location. Told we would have the refund by 31/12/2020. Chased up numerous times since. Latest response from them is to claim back from my bank as their card processing company was made insolvent. Unfortunately I paid by Debit card instead of Credit card so I don't think I have that option. Total disgrace that they can get away with it. I would suggest Booking. com cease working with them.
Further to my review (31st March 2021) whereby I recovered the money owed by Section 75 Claim via my Credit Card Company, please everyone, in the UK at least, note that both Flixhotels entities registered at Companies House (affiliates of FlixHotels Gmbh in Germany) - with the same single Director (Jens Vogel) - FLIXTRAVEL LIMITED was DISSOLVED on 6th July 2021, and FLIXHOTELS LIMITED the Accounts are now 8 months overdue. Mr Vogel is doing a runner with your money. Suggest you lodge a civil small claim, or claim via Section 75 immediately.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and unethical to the core. Similar to the other reviews, Flix stole $543 from me. I booked a hotel with free cancellation and cancelled on time, but Flix has told me there's no way for them to refund my money. Avoid this company at all costs.
Так как деньги по отменённой брони получить назад никак не удавалось, решили воспользоваться предложенным ваучером. Тут нужно отдать должное- команда Flixhotels среагировала очень оперативно. И сам ваучер прислали сразу по запросу, и помощь при проблеме с бронированием оказали. Сама поездка прошла великолепно, сложностей не было(хотя, честно признаюсь) опасались. Звезду сняла за то, что выбор отелей по моему запросу был очень ограничен, сами цены выше, чем у других предложений. И при попытке взять нужный тариф по цене, которая меньше суммы ваучера - система выдавала ошибку. Пришлось взять тариф выше и доплатить, только тогда бронь удалась.

Estafadores!!! Estafadores!!! 12 meses llevo esperando mi dinero de un reserva la cual tenía cancelación gratuita. No contestan a llamadas. No contestan a emails. No reservéis con estos timadores, es lamentable. Una pena no haber leído antes las opiniones de estos estafadores. Supuestamente me iban a ingresar el 30-12-2020 y aún nada, ya no contestan a ningún email, llamadas ni nada.
Prenotato a febbraio 2020 è per causa pandemia ho disdetto, ad ora nessun rimborso, mi hanno emesso un voucer che ho inserito in una struttura convenzionata, ma hotel chiuso mi hanno proposto un nuovo hotel che non mi hanno mai confermato, domani 20 Giugno 2021 ho l’aereo per Ibiza e oltre aver consumato il voucer da loro dato non si sono fatti più sentite. Precisione Tedesca , costo ? €700 persi, idem per un amico € 900 persi
