If I can give NO star, I will! They don't even deserve any star at all. Please everyone, DO NOT DEAL with this company, they are fraud and scammers. I booked two hotels with them with free cancellation. Cancelled due to covid and they refuse to refund even though I am entitle to cancel without any fees. They give different excuses and will do anything to NOT refund your money. Please be careful everyone. If it's too good to be true, IT IS! They said they cannot refund to credit card, that's BS. They can accept credit card payment. Loads of BS. Ask for bank details but said will refund sometime 1.5 years later. They are dragging time so that you will give up and forget about this. Please DO NOT give up. Fight for your hard earn money! I raised a dispute case with my credit card company/bank. My bank investigated this case and obviously I am right and deserve my money back. So my bank do a chargeback from this fraudulent company's bank and got my money back....took many months and many documentations and many hassles but please fight for your own money back!!! Tell everyone not to deal with them. They must be punished and liable for their scam actions. We must make sure company like them must be closed. It's unethical and wrongful dealing. Hope everyone can get their money back.

We made reservations with this company( flixhotels.com) for our 59 wedding anniversary. He made the reservation in 2019. In June 2020 we headed for Grand Canyon only to hear on radio that the canyon was closed due to fire. flixhotel had not even notified us of the cancellation although they had been notified. When we tried to get a refund they kept offering a voucher which we don't want. Finally they agreed to refund but not until Dec.21,2020. Still no refund and now they say it might take longer. DO NOT do business through them!!!!!! $862 gone!!!!

SCAM company. Promised a refund on a cancelled booking and no money was returned. It's been almost a year. AVOID

Scam scam . Still hasn’t returned money they promised on Dec2020 . Anyway I got a lawyer and the case is in court now. Then they have to pay penalty as well

ESTAFADORES No contestan mails ni al teléfono...me deben 560 euros de una reserva con cancelación gratuita durante el estado de alarma...lo único que me contestaron es que tenían de plazo abonar lo que me debían antes del 31/12/2020 y ni dinero ni dan señales...

achei a reserva confusa e sem maiores informações, o que causa muita insegurança. Até o dia que cheguei no hotel tive muitas dúvidas se eu tinha sido vítima de um golpe. Achar a confirmação da reserva é bem complicado também, pois não chega um lembrete , como em outras empresas. É necessário uma senha , que cá entre nós, dentre todas as senhas que precisamos criar diariamente, às vezes é complicado lembrar-se de uma ocasional. A informação de que a cobrança é imediata na reserva também nao fica clara, uma vez que o cancelamento é gratuito. Acho que é possível melhorar.

Ich habe Sommerferien im Cresta Palace in Celerina / Engadin gebucht. Ich war total begeistert von Ihrer Organisation sowie das excellente Hotel. Ein richtiges Grand Hotel wie im Märchen . Wunderbare Zimmer sehr gutes Essen und eine traumhafte Spa & Wellnessanlage und ein Garten/Park zum träumen. Werde wieder Winterferien buchen mit bestem Dank und freundlichen Grüssen Urs Buchser

A gennaio mia moglie ed io avevamo prenotato una settimana in un hotel a Zante in luglio poi, causa covid abbiamo cancellato e chiesto il rimborso. Inizialmente hanno detto che ci sarebbero volute 6 settimane...ok.. poi che li prenderemo a fine anno ( non li prenderemo mai) . Contattarli è un impresa . Fingono di non parlare inglese figuriamoci ..agenzia turistica tedesca . In Germania parlano tutti l inglese. Si sono ingolositi del malloppo di tutte le disdette covid. Ah... la cifra? 470 euro.

Rubbish stupid company!!! Not giving money back. When you call them all the service centre says is that they going to send a email. No one calls or emails back. I was given a voucher in March 2020 I said no to the voucher send my bank details. I was told I would get a refund within 2 weeks then got another voucher said no again and the I was told December 2020 or December 2021. Absolutely ridiculous company and ways of working!!! Taken to my solicitors

Estafadores!!! 6 meses llevo esperando mi dinero de un reserva la cual tenía cancelación gratuita. No contestan a llamadas. No contestan a emails. No reservéis con estos timadores, es lamentable. Una pena no haber leído antes las opiniones de estos estafadores.

Do NOT book with Flixhotels they will NOT refund your money prior to cancellation date as stated...Liers!! Even with Covid they have not reimbursed customers and neglected returning emails and calling a nightmare!!

We booked with Flix for 2 reasons - 1 it was the cheapest option and 2 - cancellation policy. We made reservations only to find out from our friends who are staying at the same hotel, the hotel is not re-opening b/c of COVID. Our friends were reallocated to a sister property, however, we were not notified. I reached out to the hotel and Flix to see if we could be moved to the same sister property. The hotel responds back and says no problem. Flix responds back saying that the hotel will not respond to them and they are cancelling our itinerary (total BS since I received comms from the hotel the same day). Flix says they will refund us but they cannot put it back on our credit card and will need our SWIFT and IBAN codes. We immediately called our credit card company to tell them what had happened and to stop payment for Flix. I'm glad we were able to catch this in time before we were scammed but it sounds like several folks weren't as fortunate.

I had booked one night in June to stay at a Flix hotel but it was cancelled due to Covid. I had free cancellation on the booking so am entitled to a full refund. I have received an email saying my refund might take up until 31.12.20. This is obviously not acceptable. In these strange times only book with someone you can trust to do the refunds they promise. I will be taking further action shortly to try to obtain my refund.

I cancelled my reservation within the free cancellation window 4 months ago and have yet to receive a refund. The early email requests were responded to and I was told I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. I now can get no response from the company for my refund. What a dishonest and poorly run company. DONT EVER BOOK WITH THEM.
