Arrived at our chosen resort to find our well appointed studio apartment as had been described on the web site, with a large sunny balcony and within easy walking distance of the beach. Very pleased.

You stole the money from our credit card and cancellled our reservation. Will never use traviago again. It was our first and last time

Esperienza positiva. Il sito mi ha dato la possibilità di prenotare un buon hotel ad un prezzo migliore rispetto ad altre offerte.

Desde que llegamos al cuarto habia un enorme charco de agua que no vimos y que al pasar ensuciamos todo el piso, cuando entre al baño el excusado estaba sucio le baje al agua. Solicitamos apoyo para limpiar el cuarto y mientras llegaban mi esposa se sento en la cama y una pata se safo quedando como resbaladilla. El aire acondicionado no servia. La recepcion nos cambio de cuarto y nos mandaron un arreglo de flores pidiendo disculpas. Nos asignaron un cuarto en el tercer piso somos adultos mayores se lo dije al de la recepcion que nos costaba mucho trabajo caminar mucho y subir escaleras y como magia al dia siguiente no servia el elevador y no sirvio los 4 dias que estuve ahi. 😡 Se pueden imaginar empezar asi las vacaciones ??? Solicitamos reservaciones en los cuatro restaurantes de especialidades y ninguno tenia cupo despues de lo que pasamos y que ni los restaurantes nos puedan recibir!!! En fin la comida en general el los buffets era abundante y regular !!! El servicio en general muy bueno. Yo no lo recomiendo y jamas pensaria En regresar.

We have booked a trip to Mont Tremblant Canada from 16-20th of March 2020. Because of corona virus infection and emergency state declaration in Ontario - we could not leave the house. While the hotel did not charge us anything - flixhotels charge us all the money we paid to them. We contacted them through email and called them. No answer. All the companies worldwide understand the situation and refound the money but this company could not even be contacted. I would never use this company again

Muy buen hotel, no esta muy centrico pero en relación calidad-precio esta bien. El desayuno es bueno y variado. Las camas confortables.

We booked, but when we arrived to the hotel and did check in, the hotel request a extra pay, we are still waiting for the reimbursement since January

I have never heard before of you, even I doubt if it was a true offer because it was for NYE and with a big discount in a nice hotel, but everything was ok.

I was very impressed with the price & service of Flixhotels. We have stayed at the Bedford Hotel many times & got exactly the same service as previously but paid much less this time. Will definitely use Flixhotels again.
