The worst company, their customer service is really bad, I have not solved in 1 week, I had a medical emergency and I need to cancel my reservation, I have everything documented and nobody attends me, it is really terrible, the cheap is very expensive
Ho disdetto una prenotazione totalmente rimborsabile 18 mesi fa ma non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Nonostante il covid altre compagnie come Booking o Air BeB mi hanno rimborsato subito anche le prenotazioni non disdicibili. Loro mi hanno offerto prima un Voucer che ho rifiutato essendo la mia prenotazione totalmente rimborsabile ed ora continuano a temporeggiare. Questo non è un comportamento serio
Unfortunately I’ve had to give 1* but they certainly do not warrant it. Cancelled my room before COVID 2020 lockdown March 2020. They are Ignoring emails absolutely dreadful service. Never ever book with them again, they were quick to take your money. Customer service/care is non existent.
Same story. We are waiting for our refund over 1 year now. They confirmed us 3x without result. Last months they don't replay at any e-mail from us. Nothing! Hope they will fix it
This company is basically dishonest. Guaranteed reimbursement if cancellation was the contract when I booked in February 2020. They then 'lost' my cancellation in spite of my having a print out of the communication. After numerous emails and being 'fobbed off' every time I have now been waiting nearly a year for the credit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
We ordered and paid in February, 2020 but was forced to cancel due to Covid-19. We have been fighting since then to get a refund - One year later: No succes and they don't care. Many nice mails, but that's it. So next time I'm traveling a booking through Flixhotels will absolutly be avoided - they have simply stolen my money.
They are HORRIBLE!! We booked a hotel then had to cancel it during March of the 2020 pandemic. They said they'd give us a voucher but we wanted our money back. They said we would have it by 12/31/20 and of course even though I've sent numerous emails I've not gotten anything back and it is now March 2021. I even said we would take a voucher now and of course NOTHING FROM THEM! I will NEVER book with the again!! And I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!

depuis avril 2020 je réclame le remboursement pour voyage annulé cause covid 19 1er email de fli hotel demande mes coordonnées bancaire pour le remboursement au mois d'octobre je refait une demande car je refuse leur avoir me disent qu'il rembourseront au 31/12/2020. Janvier je réclame de nouveau je reçois un email il faut attendre 2021 pas de mois précis. Hier je refait une demande toujours la meme réponse en 2021 toujours pas de date. Je pense que sait une escroquerie et j'ai bienpeur de ne jamais etre remboursé
Had to cancel in september 2020 they promised me my money back by end of the year. Still waiting. Contacted them also via ECC. Dont book there. Save your money for honest organizations that value customer care.
Cancelled hotel booking stupidly did not use a credit card as it wouldn't accept it been waiting 4 months for a refund, I'm not optimistic
Booked through them in August,2019 for cabin in Grand Canyon June, 2020 for our 59th wedding anniversary. On way there heard on radio the canyon was shut down because of fire. Park authorities told us Flixhotels should have notified us because they were notified. Have been fighting with them ever since for refund!!! First they said by Dec, 2020. Now there saying some time in 2021!!! Plus they say if you contact them it will take longer!!!! In reading reviews looks like if all goes well it’s OK but better not have to cancel!!! NO REFUND!!!
Same story here in Finland, I cancelled my booking on March 2020 which was taken with free cancellation. They replied something about German government instructions that they can delay payments till end of 2021. Cancellation had nothing to do with Covid or Germany. Hotel was in Bulgary, I am totally dissappointed and still waiting for my money.
Quarto com muito barulho. Comida média baixa, Todos os dias as mesmas comidas. Cafe da manhã toda hora acabava alguma coisa. Compramos almoço e jantar no hotel, muito caro pelo que foi oferecido.

I cancelled nearly 1 year ago. Free cancellation was included. Customer service is almost non existent. Most horrible company I dealt with in my life. Only excuses and lies.
Really??? I had to cancel due to lockdown and the number was unreachable!!! You SCAMMED me out of over $250 with NO WAY to get back!! I am disgusted that you do this to innocent people.
The hotel was great. Super customer assistance. Clean. Affordable. I wish i can just stay there for the rest of my life.
