Everything was ok except that when we arrived to the hotel the reservation was not there, supuosely flixhotel never reported the booked room. Finally the hotel found a room for me.

L'hotel è comodo per le fermate delle metropolitane circa 10 min a piedi, Staff in generale gentile, tuttavia il giudizio è negativo e per tale motivo difficilmente vi tornerò, il costo non corrisponde alla qualità ed al servizio che ci si può aspettare. Le camere sono piccole e strette, non ci sono armadi e un posto per le valigie. TV senza telecomando. Il piccolo lavandino non è adatto per lavarsi. Servizi in comune. Pulizia della stanza scarsa.Non c'è la possibilità di cambiare albergo senza perdere quanto già pagato per il soggiorno. . La colazione nell'intenzione tipica inglese è minima nella scelta. Yogurt solo naturale, frutti di bosco sempre surgelati e mai scongelati in tempo per la colazione.La parte dolce per esempio come torte, cornetti, pancakes ecc è assente.

Sehr günstiger Preis für tolles Hotel. Bei allen anderen Anbietern hätte ich für das gleiche Zimmer im gleichen Hotel rund 50% mehr bezahlt.
Ich hatte einen außerordentlich schönen Urlaub. Würde jederzeit wieder mit Flixhotels verreisen.

DISASTER! This is not a Hotel, it's a Quarantine. The only advantage was the location. Otherwise, you have to wait an hour in a looooooooooong line for check-in. The room has a dirty carpet, a very old washroom, uncomfortable bed, broken AC, busy elevators especially in the morning so we had to take stairs. Breakfast is outside the hotel and it's only (3 items) cup of fruit with croissant and coffee and you should have to wait also in the line for 30 minutes. So, we should eat breakfast elsewhere and pay again. The hotel is not cheap and wasn't worth it. Even motels are way better than this place. I'll never go back again :(
Confortable habitación, con amplia y cómoda cama, gran baño y vistas al parque. Desayuno muy completo y variado con buenos productos. Buen y atento servicio. Ubicación excelente junto al metro.
