The business operations are sloppy at Flix. Though I made paid hotel reservations many months before my trip, on the day before I arrived at the first city, Flix made ANOTHER reservation at the same hotel for which I had already paid through Flix. They did this without notifying me. The hotel insisted that I pay for BOTH rooms. I accused the travel agent of doing the double booking. The agent accused me, saying he did not have access to my credit card account. I wasted hours and many calls to several countries before I finally found Flix as the source of all my problems.

This was a nice hotel to stay in while visiting Venice. The building was modern and well kept. The parking lot was well lit and secure. The room was comfortable and well decorated. Upon check in the desk clerk was able to provide information and directions which made the trip into Venice effortless. This was very much appreciated. We had booked a room which included breakfast which was tasty and filling. Our travelling partners did not and they suffered from hunger pains as soon as we reached the first canal. Our trip included 21 days in Europe and I can definitely say that the Hotel Mercure Venezia Marghera provided true value and I will stay there again on my next trip to Venice. While it is rare to have the perfect stay I would offer one item which will improve the customer experience. The signage to direct travelers to the hotel from the backside needs to be improved. My guidance system attempted to take me down a 1-way road when I was 1-block from the hotel. It appears that the road had been changed some time prior. The existing signage is small and dark (matching the hotel colors). After 3 trips around a roundabout we found the correct entrance.

Brilliant and cheaper than all the other companies that we tried when booking our hotel....I will certainly be looking out to use these again next trip abroad....no hassle to book and quick response when checking my booking with them and all confirmed with the hotel that everything was done...again no hassle will recommend to anyone

Booked for 3 weeks in one hotel got confirmation that 3 weeks was booked got tossed out of our hotel room after 14 nights at 8.30pm had to find other accommodation not very acceptable I am afraid will NOT RECOMMEND

Meravigliosa la conversione, l’aspetto minimal e la colazione. Super professionale il personale, sempre gentilissimo. Servizio in camera per la cena rapido ed eccellente.

Nice hotel....no 24 hour cafeteria..all restaurants close at 10...cant get breakfast till 7 Mix Drinks too expensive.. Friendly staff

Nice hotel room cleaned every day and also clean towels. Niet reception free tea or coffee. Good connections with metro and bus from airport. City center also accessible by bus, walking to center about 35 minutes.

My hotel was cancelled before i arrived with no warning. However, Jessica who works for the company has been great in getting a refund sorted for me.

I made a mistake when I booked a hotel. I just wrote a mail concerning my mistake and Flix chamged it without extra charge.
