Good experience, great staff, some minor glitches in the bedroom (faulty hairdryer, interior finishes of the bathroom, etc.), very good location near the British Museum, nice breakfast area.
I paid more money using Flix than what the actual hotel charged me! When I contacted Flix they said I agreed to their terms and conditions, which may include higher prices. I won't be using them again.
Everything worked really smoothly, was unsure about Flixhotels having read some of the reviews, but needlessly. Having booked a hotel in Milan, immediately after it I contact the hotel and they confirmed the reservation.

Clean and comfortable room in accordance with expectations and related to the price. Friendly and helpful reception staff Bathroom a little small, but I've seen that a standard in NZ
Had to change room and pay additional because the room we booked was without real kitchen(only small refreg., microvave, tea pot). This happened because of number of pictures showing kitchen but without confusing info. what room has this or that kitchen. We needed full kitchen and didn't expect that we will pay addition for it.

Zimmer stand nach mehreren Problemen erst gegen 17.30 Uhr zur Verfügung ( Check in 15 Uhr ). Danach gab es keine Beanstandungen bei dem gebuchten Zimmer. Die Frühstücksraumplätze beim Frühstück sind dem Zimmerkontingent des Hotels, viel zu gering ausgeführt, weshalb man auf ein Frühstücksplatz lange warten muss. Das nervt tierisch, da man seine Zeit nutzen möchte, um die Stadt zu erkunden!
