Easy system but I did measure incorrectly and we have three if 6 that won’t work

Great product, fits well, looks way better than traditional screens especially inside casement windows.

Received defective product and no one cares to make it right. Their warranty process requires I pay $62 for shipping and handling, in essence the cost of the screen when I never even received an acceptable product. Cannot even get the courtesy of a reply. Tried to also report the issue on their Facebook feed and their response to that was to block me. Awful unethical company, no after the sale service. Edited: after putting me through the burden of having to report my experience on several platforms Flexscreen did replace the damaged screen.

Had to contact to many times, some were no response. No s good way to do business, I have been trying to replace my screen since Sept 2023, and finally got it in February 2024.

Measurements were straight forward and accurate with Flex-tena. Quick shipment.

I am very content that after many years I finally found this product. I think I found it by luck. I had awful bent screens and some never fit right. I struggled whenever I wanted to clean my windows. Then I tried the tape magnetic thing and making my own screens. It was a disaster! Finally I gave up and removed all the terrible taped up magnetic screen things and was about to get a handyman to make some new screens. But I wasn’t sure if I would even be satisfied and afraid he would do a bad job. And by luck I found this company online. I took a chance . Tried my best to follow instructions with measurements and they came out PERFECT. I’m recommending this company to all my friends and family!

Great product

The only reason I am giving a four star is because I had to call for the measuring tool. I was not prompted to add it to my cart as your website says. Very easy to measure and great choices of screen types. Screen was installed very easily. Very pleased.

My experience with FlexScreen was perfect. Ordered online, received the measuring tool, measured everything up, and the screens arrived within a week! The pockets in my windows are interesting so I didn't know if things were going to work out but they snap in and hold perfectly.

Terrible experience with Terrible customer service

Great product for an irksome window screen problem that nobody had tried to fix before. I was a bit apprehensive initially about measuring and ordering the screen online and decided to just order one to test out the quality. In hindsight I wish I had placed the order for all the screens I needed and saved on shipping that way. Looks and feels like a quality product

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I live in a high rise condo with unique sized windows and did not have screens. FlexScreen was SO easy to work with and the screens are amazing! Mike was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They make the ordering and measuring easy, the quality is great, the delivery is fast and it’s so affordable. I highly recommend them :)

Was scared to purchase more than two not knowing how easy it was to measure and not seeing the items in person. After they arrived, I realized that this product was great!

The screens are amazing. It was always a wrestling match to get my original screens in and out when cleaning the windows. After numerous busted plastic tabs and bent frames I replaced the damaged ones with Flexscreens. They pop right in the opening and are so easy to put in and take out. I can't wait to replace the rest of my screens with FlexScreen

Let's start out by saying, I measured a couple of windows incorrectly. They charge a very reasonable reordering fee, since it was my mistake. All that said customer service was fast and very receptive. This helped my frustration and anxiety over my mistake.

Fantastic results! I followed your measuring instructions (without the flextenna), double-checked them, and ordered my FlexView Clean window screen; it arrived 5 mins. ago, and it fit perfectly. It was as easy to install as in your video. I'm now enjoying the cool weather outside my window. Awesome! Thanks.
