Excellent service and customer service is exceptional. rep Mike helped me through measurements issues not there mistake mine in initial measuring. Careful how you measure. After a few bumps like ordering too many screens. My new screens should be delivered tomorrow. Hope to install soon is the weather in Pittsburgh cooperates. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Recommended to friends.

Flex tool telescoping device made measurements easy. Screen came quickly and fit nicely, though I did use a couple of the self adhesive rubber mounts on each screen to provide a tighter fit. It appears the screens are a quality built product.

These screens work really well!

I love the screens.They are beautiful on my windows and are very good on protecting my home from summer heat. I replaced my screens to whole when I got rid of the AC window units and needed full coverage. I know from experience they do save on my energy bill.

What a disaster! The cumbersome and very time consuming process of measuring to a 1/16th" degree of accuracy, then inputting all the information, etc. was daunting. Having finally completed all steps, one then pays in full for the order. THEN you're told your order will incur AN ADDITIONAL $200 (!!!) shipping charge. At that point, they offered a refund, which was accepted. When asked to provide an invoice or similar document reflecting their cost of $200 over "normal" shipping charges, silence fell. Reply: this is exactly the same reply I received when I asked specifically about the amount you are charged for oversized shipments. What you've provided is an unverified set of verbiage without addressing the question being posed. In other words, you wasted a considerable amount of my time and failed to offer a cogent explanation about your exorbitant extra charges, tacked on at the very end. This was a truly lousy experience all around.

If you’re a house wife like me begging your husband to install window screens, this is for you… Wow! Best window screens, fast delivery and easy to install! The measuring tool arrived super fast and followed the instructions on how to measure, then used the link provided to upload the measurements and the screens fit perfectly. Then the screens arrived about 4-5 days later and it took me about 3 seconds to install. They arrived very well packaged. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The fit was not 100%. I have to glue down a portion of the middle on one side. The delivery was faster than expected.
