Website is easy to navigate and email reminders about measurements worked well to keep my order on track. The telescoping measurement tool was a little unwieldy to work with - took two people. I was nervous about the final dimensions but ultimately the screens fit so well and look really clean and uniform on the outside of my house. I will be ordering more to gradually replace all my window screens.

These were expensive but surprised us how well they fit and the fact that we didnt see any frame.

Screens were the correct size per our measurements but don’t fit correctly in our 1950 wood double hung windows. We triple measured per the directions but somehow some screens are too tight and some bow in at the sides. One screen is already beginning to rip. Good in theory but probably only work on windows from 1970s and younger (metal or vinyl frames).

OMG. Saw these on a repeat on Shark Tank. I needed screens so I thought I'd try them. My husband said no way - gimmick, too expensive. I showed him what a regular screen and Flex Screen prices and only about $5 more + a stellar guarantee so I went over his head (typical wife - huh) and ordered them. The tool came so I started measuring and he told me he already measured but I used the tool and guess what - different! (So use the tool everyone). I entered the measurements on their site - simple and about 10 days later, voila. I opened them right up and decided I'd put them in. A tiny learning curve as the video shows compressing on the sides but I figured it out in about 30 seconds that I needed to do the opposite as 1` of the screens was twice as long as it was high. 5 minutes on the first one and about 3 minutes each on the other 3. They look great. Big problem though - now I need to order 5 more so they all look that good!!! Thanks Flex Screen.

The screens were the wrong size, and now you want to do a bunch of stuff to prove it, I don't have time for this. Process was much to complex, and you did not handle your mistake well.

Ordered 4 Flexview Clean screens for our fixer upper and they look great. Measuring was easy with the tool, easy directions to walk you through the process. Shipping was fast and they were easy to install. Need some more to change out all our screens and will be ordering again. Definitely recommend.

Very efficient and fast

I have always had difficulty taking out screens without doing damage to them. I ordered 11 FlexScreens for my home with high hopes. The ordering and measuring process was helpful and very straight forward. The screens came in only 6 days. I installed all 11 screens in under one hour, and just in time to enjoy that Fall weather!
