Very easy process, gorgeous product!

The screens fit exactly as you said they would. Very easy customer service. I was a little confused about the flex-tenna, but it all made sense once I received it.

Prompt delivery, instructions for measurements were excellent!

We had confusion measuring our windows because they are horizontal sliders so they are too wide to get a flex screen. When we were told by a representative that we would have to get half screens he informed us there would be a gap where bugs would be able to get in. Another lady was also of no help. Between talking to two people, with MUCH confusion with both of them, neither of them ever once asked what type of window we have. At a third phone call for help, trying to decide if we should settle on a screen with a gap, and complaining that the website should ask you what type of window you have, the lady told us there is no way they could do that because there are so many types. REALLY? REALLY?! You sell window screens!!! Eventually I did research, found out the retail side sells a special type that has the edge that would prevent bugs from coming in. The lady FINALLY informed me that she could transfer this to their retail side to fulfill the order so that we would have no gaps in our half window screens. In the end, all that was sent was our screens with an additional slide on that would prevent the bugs. This was fine. But WHY DO YOU NOT OFFER THIS TO CUSTOMERS FROM THE BEGINNING?!?! THIS WAS ONE OF THE CRAZIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES IVE EVER HAD AND THE SOLUTION WAS SO SO SIMPLE. WHY ISN'T THIS SLIDE ON GAP PROTECTER JUST OFFERED ON THE REGULAR SITE???!!!

Screen fit perfectly

One of the few products that have actually impressed me. Install per screen was less than 2min and fits like a champ. Their website could use a little refreshing to make it clearer on measuring but with their flextool I got it figured out and everything fits perfectly.

I used the measuring tool both that was sent and the tool calculator online and it is far too small. And now I'm stuck with 3 screens that don't fit.

Easy to order. When I had questions, CSR was outstanding. Shipped in a short amount of time. All 13 arrived undamaged. Easy to install.

So far, so good. Fit seems to be very good. I can not comment on durability since I have only had one screen for a few days. Already thinking of more to order

This was EXTREMELY easy to use! The measuring tool came pretty quick...I was able to follow the directions and easily enter in the data on the Website. Shipping of screens was very fast, quicker than expected! Only note would be to allow customers to enter in their own titles for the screens. Some of my rooms had multiple windows, and each one was a bit off (measuring to 1/16") - so it would have been helpful if I could type my own titles to make sure they were separated properly instead of only using the default room titles given.

I appreciate the vendor keeping in touch with me with regards to submitting the dimensions. This was very helpful. My screen was larger than most and was shipped in a very study shipping box. I ordered the screen in the darker and thicker Solar material. Very expensive so make sure you want to make a true investment. The back of my house gets drenched with sun. The master bedroom becomes unbearable to be in. I just installed the screen today. I’m eager to see how it performs during summertime. My screen was so large that I really could have used some help with handling the screen. No tears; no dents. So far I’m very impressed.

Had some unique windows where the screen had to be smaller than the opening to fit and original ones were terrible, Flex screen came to the rescue and were able to bend down far enough to fit and the provided spacers locked them into place so that they're secure and won't rattle. I recommend using their measuring tool because finding that correct measurement is the hardest part.

High quality screen products only one problem 2 screens are a little short in height.

While I never interacted with a person, it was all website. It all worked well. From ordering to putting in the measurements.

Incredibly fast deliver and awesome customer service. I purchased 16 screens, 14 went in great but I somehow measured wrong on two of them, they were very quick to replace them with the right size at a very reasonable cost.

Measuring with the flextenna was easy and installing the screens was super easy. Love them!!!
