My experience with flexscreen order online was easy. My screens arrived in just 10 days. The screens are definitely a quality product. The flex makes removal and installing easy. Highly recommend.

The Flex Screen experienced is organized, logical, easy to measure, and the screens are AWESOME! Finally I don't have to curse and destroy screens just trying to put them in a window. Flex Screens are solid, snap into place and the "Clear View" are AMAZING. We face a forest and although we have lived here 35 years, when we put in the Flex Screens, we both said, "WOW!!!"

Easy to measure, quick turn around on order, easy to install

Ordered six (6) FlexScreens and easily installed them. Ordering was easy. Measuring after I ordered was easy, but took some time. Shipped pretty fast after providing my measurements. The shipping box was pretty banged up and partially open, but the screens were all fine. All were for the second story and all were installed without a ladder from the inside. Install was easy - but I did have to clean out the old screen pockets in the windows (e.g., I had some old silicone chunks and dirt in them). So far the screens are doing great. I'm curious to see how they stand up to our high winds during the winter.

Moved into a house with flexscreens. Seemed fine until our cat saw a bird and jumped at the screen, pushed it out and ran off. We got her back after much trauma. We have 7 of these screens and they all fit fine, but they fit loose at best. Online retailers say "all screens are designed to keep things out, not in. Any screen can be pushed out". Industry BS. Now we use expandable screen inserts on a couple windows and keep the other ones at about 4". If you don't have animals or toddlers, the screens are nice, but otherwise they present a hazard and are best avoided.

I don't like your system for receiving measurements. I'm a remodeler and know how to use a tape and laser measure. I'd rather just give you the dimensions I want. The screens I ended up with are about a 1/4 inch too tall.

I think Flexscreen is a good product in theory,but my experience was not what I expected. Maybe the website was a little confusing. On the page where it tells the customer to subtract 1/16 of an inch or 3/16ths, depending on pocket and then on the order page it subtracts 1/16 from the actual measurement, which I did, Therefore, the screen frames are oversize and buckled which makes the screen itself look like a burlap bag and wavy. I guess, I should have reduced the measured size by another 1/8 and it probably would be a lot better. I will not recommend Flex screens to anyone. Mike Olson

I have now bought 3 flex screens and love them. Make sure you order the free tool with which to measure so your screens fit correctly. I am so thrilled at how easy it is to put in screens from the inside upstairs!

After an initial scare, where I wasn't quite sure I could bend in in there, the screen is in and is perfect. This definately ended up being my best option for replacing this screen in a timely manner.

Very happy with my purchase of 8 screens. The original screens were old, falling apart and not able to be removed easily. These are fantastic and worth the money. Highly recommend.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. The screens are beautiful! Nice and sturdy but able to flex just enough to easily pop in. I was waiting for my carpenter son to come home and hang them for me but it was so hot out I had to try myself. I was amazed how easy it was once I realized the technique. A bit on the pricey side but definitely demonstrates value.

We were so glad to find screen that would not break so easily! What an amazing product. It was actually easy to measure and the screen actually fit! We moved into a home where every window needed a screen. Flex Screen is a lifesaver! We are having our windows washed professionally soon and we won't have to worry about screens breaking!

This review is for the company and its policies - NOT for the actual screen itself. I ordered an "Oversize" screen - smaller than standard high but wider than standard - well within their size limits. After placing the order with $35 shipping, I was told the new shipping total would be $235! The screen itself only costs $65! That is almost 7 TIMES the cost of regular shipping! When contacted, the company said they have no control over shipping costs. The product is called FLEX screen for goodness sake. All they have to do is loosely roll or fold the screen and it would fit into standard packaging. By not really offering oversize shipping, they do not really offer non standard sizes.
