So easy thanks to the measurement tool, everything came so fast, fits perfect, great visibility, solves our issue with screens for the casement windows. Couldn’t have been better

Very disappointed! These look like great screens, and I was excited to finally get a screen for my odd-size kitchen window that is almost twice as wide as it is tall. But when I received the screen, it could not be installed despite being nearly the right dimensions (1/16 over even though I subtracted it) because there is ZERO amount of flex on the sides. All the videos I've seen of this product show it should flex easily at the sides. The screen flexes plenty vertically – top and bottom – but without any side flex it just won't go in my window. And I know they got the orientation right because the label is in the lower right corner where it should be. If they can't make wider-than-tall windows to flex at the sides, then they should put that warning on the order page and I would have ordered it shorter at the sides and used their little rubber make-it-fit thingies (which they didn't send, by the way, though they are supposed to be included in the order). I had ordered it through Home Depot so I went through their customer service and was told that this company had reviewed the photos I sent and decided that it was "built within tolerance so there will be no refund." Talk about leaving the customer holding the bag! That would have been $70 wasted if Home Depot had not given me a full refund – kudos to them. So now I have a screen I can't install, a kitchen window with still no screen, and three more (standard-size) windows that need screens, but I will have to find another solution for them because it would be unwise to deal further with a company that can't be relied on to do the right thing.

I build and repair window screens for a living. There is one window I have come across a number of times that was designed by morons. Its not possible to build an aluminum screen that can be inserted into the window, even after removing the inside window. The flex screen was the perfect solution. A little flex, it went perfectly into place, popped back tight.

None of the 4 screens I purchased are fitting. I took time to measure and remeasure all aspects the window multiple times; I used the measuring tool and online tool which was very easy, however none of the screens fit the windows. While squeezing the screen to get it in, the screen is now out of shape. I have tried putting moulding but still not fitting. I would not recommend this product. Time and money wasted.

We purchased a home that was 5 yrs old and was missing several of the window screens and two others were badly damaged. FlexScreen to the rescue, easy to measure and order, all 7 new screens fit perfect! The ordering process was quick and we love our new window screens!

The screens were larger than the measurements I sent by at least 1/16 of an inch width and height. I called customer service, they said they would call back to see what they could do for me and did not call back. Now I have $300 worth of screens that I can't use.

So far so good, we shall see!

I just received and installed my FlexScreen (FlexView Clean) and absolutely love it. An easy solution to a complicated issue. Did not want to replace the window. Snaps in place. Fits perfectly and tightly. I can now keep my room free of mosquitoes and enjoy fresh outside air. Happy customer!

I would have rated the screen a 5 but felt the cost was awfully high for a small screen like mine. Maybe a 2 or 3 tier pricing model?

The screen fits perfect and looks excellent

I saw FlexScreens on Shark Tank and loved the idea. I liked being able to order my exact sizes on your website. However, now that they have showed up I'm not that happy. On each side of the screen near the top and bottom the frame is smaller than the middle. As a result it leaves gaps that flies and other insects can come through.

Money was not my concern, it was the Measuring. And my project was more exacting because we had a no pockets scenario. I measured with both the Flex-Tenna + tape measure and tape measure alone several times until the measuring gods were in agreement. Delivery was promised in 10-15 days but they arrived in 5 days. The fit was perfect! What a relief. Love these screens for quality materials and workmanship. I had a few questions along the way and Customer Service was prompt and helpful. One suggestion on measuring: Do you know why the metal end of a tape measure is kinda loose? I didn't. The 'tang' is loose for an important reason. The 'play' is exactly 1/16 inch. Have the humility, like I did, to view a video on 'how to use a tape measure'.

Bought screens for my whole home under the premise they work on any windows (as advertised). I paid for the highest level of protection (solar screens) and they arrived scuffed. They did not work on my windows and fall out constantly (especially after rainfall). I also cannot see out of my windows after rain due to the high density of the solar screens- you might as well cover my windows with black construction paper. These screens are completely pointless and expensive. We contacted customer service who responded we should purchase a different level of protection than solar screens (yes, please let me sink more money into screens that fall out of my window). They then stopped responding to our follow up emails. Their customer service is a joke, especially after spending as much money as we did. I understand there is a no money back guarantee, but if you're going to advertise your screens work on any window that should be true. Flexscreen should be ashamed of themselves, they don't stand behind their product and therefore offer no guarantees/returns. Purchase at your own risk, or better yet, stay far away from this scam of a company. Response to flexscreen's response- it is not a measuring issue, as we've told you in several emails. We got your measuring tool before ordering and my husband works in mathematics. We also got a second opinion from a contractor who agreed it's not a measuring issue. The contractor said your screens would never work on our windows due to the way our home is constructed. I'm not interested in spending more money on your faulty screens and unless you're willing to offer a refund, I'm not interested in waiting weeks for a response from your customer service team. Your last solution was to purchase a different level of screens, which we will never do. I've already wasted enough money.

Screens arrived well packed. Easy to install and fit perfectly. We will likely order some more for other windows.

Fantastic screens for my almost 100 year old home that has no window pockets. Easy to install. The trickiest part is measuring and while they will say to subtract 1/16th of an inch, you don’t need to as it is done for you when entering your measurements. I measured everything at least twice. Thrilled I don’t have to deal with additional hardware installation and that the screens are so minimalistic. Will not hesitate to order more when/if I need to.
