The screens are very easy to install.

I have European tilt-shift windows. I emailed photos to FlexScreen customer support asking if FlexScreen would work for my windows; they said no. But I studied my windows and it seemed like there's space for screens. So I took a chance, ordered it, and it fits and works just fine. It would have cost many hundreds of dollars and taken many weeks to order the brandname screens from Europe.

I used the FlexTenna to measure the windows and followed the instructions and two of the screens don't fit on the sides and both screens had the same measurement for the living room windows. Even using the bumpers provided the width doesn't fit. Now we're not sure what to do.

The screens don't fit or stay in the window!!! I even bought the flexscreen measuring device, followed all of the instructions, took the measurements multiple times. I did flexscreen because I did not want to pay for installation but now I need new screens and installation.

measuring was easy with the tool and it fit absolutely perfectly!! I could have had a screen made to fit the window and it might have been a bit cheaper, but those are impossible to get in and out. For that reason, I procrastinate washing windows. I am planning to order more for other windows in the Spring!

Interaction with the company was pleasant and helpful. Used the measuring tool was simple to use. Their website made the process very simple. Will be buying more of them.

the screens seem to be good. i just got them. the 2 things that i think could have been better is they could have the measurement so you just put the actual size in and it calculate the size you need. The consumer should not have to do math. I don't thing it would be that hard to have a program that did that. Second I got 10 screens and they came in 2 boxes but were not marked the size. and most of the windows were very close in size, It would have helped to have them marked which window they go in.

I measured the opening as you asked. When I filled out the order you suggested that I go a little larger. Now I have a screen the does fit the opening it's just a little too big, it almost fits but doesn't. Not a great experience.

The screen is great! I only ordered one as I was not sure how the ordering process worked. I was very nervous about measuring correctly but the measuring tool and instructions worked great. My screen arrived and it is a perfect fit. I plan on replacing all my remaining screens (8) with the flex screens.
