We had an issue with FlexScreen 2 years after installation. Michaela fixed the issue within one week. It is uncommon to do business with a firm that acts to correct an issue with expediency. I can see that they are all in and serve customers to their best ability.

I like to give a good review unless I am totally disappointed. Especially when I am taking the measurements. I did like the quality of the screening. I did think it was rather expensive. But tried to get screening for a few years and your company was the only one that would make it.

I have been needing screens for windows for years but didn't know where I could get them without building them myself. I saw a FlexScreen advertisement and knew it was what I needed. I purchased one to see if I liked it. I LOVED it. Will be purchasing more to finish the unscreened windows. Thank you so much for this awesome creation!

Replaced 2 screens and measuring tool helped to get a tight fit so the screen would stay in place; even with no pockets on the sides of one screen.

FlexScreen superbly responsive to any issue. Constant-contact behavior. Mind you, not pushy. Once & done support. Entering an order is a learning curve. Just read screens carefully. I ordered 7 screens and wish They could simply be numbered lieu of Dining room, Den, Bedroom etc. I was compelled to re- order 6 due to my mistake in measuring. It's odd customer must subtract 3/16". Couldn't the "screen maker" make that adjustment? As a precaution, I subtracted 1/4", lieu of 3/16" and " fit" still tight.

Very fast service. I made a mistake on my measurement and FlexScreen went out of their way to make it right. Above and beyond. Wow, bowled me over.

Easy to follow guided instructions for taking measurements, fast delivery, and responsive customer service. Regular metal screens were almost impossible to replace in my windows without breaking the screen. Flexscreen was much easier to insert. Thanks!

I had the screens installed within an hour of receiving them. Super easy to install and they fit perfectly based on my measurements.

We remodeled an older home that had Pella windows. The Pella company decided it was a good idea to stop making screens for the older windows. It is a must in Texas to have a screen to open a window during the 5 days of cool weather. I came across an ad for the flexible screen and took a chance. I ordered the measuring tool and 1 screen to see if it was going to work. It is PERFECT!!!! I am putting an order together for the rest of the windows. Love these screens! Thank you for solving a “what are we going to do” situation.

I love the Flexscreens! They were so easy to install and it doesn’t obscure your view like most screens do. You barely notice they’re on the windows. I have already ordered more and will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank for the awesome screens!

Fast service and attentive staff.

This was just as described. Our window doesn’t have a nook for a screen and this came with sticky things to help with that. A great invention. We will order this again!

Very disappointed in how they securely they fit the windows. I’m trying to get them to stay in using the stick on foam but I greatly regret the purchase. Also, 4 of the 12 screens were made too small (not to the dimensions I provided) and they are supposed to be remade.

Good sturdy product, fast turnaround. Friendly & helpful customer service team. Looses a star for only taking measurements in inches & fractions of an inch, as oppose to millimetres.
