It was an easy order process. I had originally ordered 5 screens with plans for 2 to be doorway size. But had to request a refund as I did not realize the door size ones would come with such a high shipping charge. But the site made it super easy to request the refund. I placed a new order for just the windows I wanted new screens for, they fit perfect.
Love the screens. Easy to install and to remove the screens.
I don't understand the hype. They advertise invisible, and yet each one has so much extra material I can see ripples and folds when I look at any window from most angles (whether installed or not, so it's not a fit issue with my windows). Customer service was lovely and said it wasn't right, sent another set, and they're exactly the same. They look pretty bad.
I had some screens with holes and bent frames. Initially, I looked to replace them with the same kind of screens but decided to give FlexScreen a shot. I'm glad I did! It took a little longer as I had to receive the antenna measuring device first. Measuring was guided on the phone and simple. The estimated ship date was 14 days from the order, but I received the screens within 4 days! The screens popped into the windows easily. This is definitely the way to go if you're replacing screens!

Size is incorrect on all screens. Currently working with Support to get new screens. Submitted sizes are accurate.
We added Bahama shutters for hurricane protection and all of our old screens broke trying to get them out so we could close the shutters from inside on the second floor. We ordered Flex screens and couldn’t be any happier. I found them easy to remove and install as we have to do it often to lubricate the shutter mechanism. The ordering process is super easy and they send you a tool to get precise measurements. I had to call customer service as I made an error on my input page and Mike was so helpful! Our screens arrived within a week and the are beautiful.

It was easy to measure and submit the order. It does take a few days to get initial rod to measure but well worth it. The you just submit those measurements online and your screens get made. When I got my screens was amazed at how beautiful the screens are and how easy they are to install. They fit perfectly, no issues.
Flexscreen was very responsive and helpful in getting all of my screens in and accurately doing so. I ordered 4 but I will be ordering more.
Ordered my first FlexScreen. The ordering process was simple and the provided detailed instructions on how to measure for the installation of your new FlexScreen. Received my order in about 10 business days and installation took less than a minute. I love the way it looks and I am seriously thinking of replacing all of the screens in my house with FlexScreens.
Instructions for measuring excellent. The screens fit excellent. All is good, just hope they last 20+ years like the original screens when the house was built did.
screens look great, however the flextenna took two weeks to be delivered.
