The whole measurement process could have been different I purchased your tool and I didn’t need it I learned this from a tech from Window Nation who told me that the measurement was on the frame

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. I received a free flextanna beforehand to measure my windows. If you are going to measure the opening, make sure to use the “help me measure” on the measurement page. This will adjust the size automatically when you input the window opening measurements. Otherwise you will have to measure the opening and then minus out 1/16” from the width and 1/16” from the height to get the adjusted size. Mine fit perfectly. I will definitely order more for my other windows.

Love how these fit so nicely. Four stars because they really look shabby around the edges. The screens are raggedly sticking out from the frame. Luckily, this is not seen when the screens are in place. I have channels the screens fit into.

I NEEDED FLEX SCREEN CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP AND MICHAEL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

The screen seems mostly well made but there's major issues I don't like 1) the squishy rubber bumpers are small and if used, they create gaps because it doesn't run the whole length. If you like gaps in your screens, you'll love it! 2) there's no tabs to pull screen and get a grip easily. You have to push from the inside out which can mess up windows, paint, even your screens. We bought only 2 to test and unfortunately for the price and considering above - will not be purchasing for remaining windows.

Great product quality. The only downside was the timing of the entire process. From order placement to window measurement to screen delivery was 16 days.

The product is fantastic. One of my screens looks like its pulling out of the corner of the frame I sent a picture of it earlier and would like support for it, but wow I'm super impressed with how perfectly they fit and how well they work!

Recently moved to an old home with no screens and odd-sized windows. I read about FlexScreen but was skeptical, so I only ordered three. They fit perfectly and are easy to put in and take out. So much better than aluminum frames!!! I'm getting ready to order five more.

We used the Flexscreen tool as per flexscreens instructions, messured 3 times to be exact. Three of the screens are an inch larger and will not even come close to fitting. 2 screens were 1/4inch to big and we got them in but because so tight the screen itself is slack. I should have just messured the screens I have to be sure but did it flexscreens way which says "Do not measure your current screens. Thus I spent a large amount of money for screens that do not fit.

Had sort of been in the market for window screens, as most of mine were either bent or had holes or tears in the screens. Hadn't jumped on replacing them, as I was concerned that I'd bend and misshape the frames when installing them. So when I saw these, I immediately ordered. The process was simple - get your flextenna and take measurements, then enter them online. About a week later, I had my screens. They were packed well and arrived in mint condition. Installation was a snap, and every screen fit nice and snug. Excellent product. The only improvement I'd suggest is to put little tabs at the midpoints of the edges to allow for easier installation and removal.

If you measure right, these are the best screens ever, they fit perfectly, and only take a second to install them!

The screen was not as good as a regularly framed screen. Our experience was sub par. And of course, you can't return it.
