Had great experience with flex screen. Ordered the flex view clean. Wify is happy with the look of the screens and view from inside the house looking outside. They were so easy to pop in. I received my flextenna for measuring on a Friday morning and had my 10 windows measured and order completed by late Friday afternoon. Once submitted said I would receive in 10-15 working days but holy cow I received my 10 screens the following Wednesday just 5 days later counting the weekend. Everything came as ordered and clearly marked on each screen which window they went in. Couldn't have been easier. Before ordering I had contacted flex screen by email with questions on 2 different occasions and Mike was quick to respond each time with my questions clearly answered so customers service seems on the ball ,also. Measure carefully and follow flex screen's instructions and screens should pop right into place as shown on videos. Do not measure your old screens or you will have problems. Can't speak to longevity since I have had less than a week but should hold up for years to come.

The screens that I order turned out great! They were easy to install and fit perfectly using the included adjustment pads.

I must say that I was extremely happy and impressed with the entire experience. I forget the gentleman’s name but I initially had a problem ordering on line. It was a Sunday and I knew no one was in the office so I emailed my issue and a gentleman called me first thing Monday morning and I was able to order my screens. After I uploaded the measurements the screens came in about 5 days. I installed them last week and they fit perfectly. They were so easy to install. The only hard part of the entire day was cleaning my windows! I will highly recommend these screens to anyone who asks me.
