The process was easy to follow, everything shipped quickly, and the screens were a perfect fit. I received email updates throughout the process to keep me informed on the status of my order. This was a flawless experience start to finish.

Very disappointed. I ordered 5 screens and only 2 fit. It be because I got the heavier screen because of my pets which are the reason for needing new screens. The corners of the screen were particularly thick and knobby and do not fit in the channels. Perhaps it would have been a better fit with regular screen or perhaps if I decide to try again, I would give a narrower measurement so it wouldn’t matter if they didn’t fit all the way in. However, the 2 that fit are great.

The screen measuring input screens are not user-friendly. When trying to copy the same measurements from one to the next, resulted in changing the dimensions. Also, there should be a way to directly input the dimensions you want your screen to be, based on the company's recommended gaps.

I needed to replace a damaged screen insert in an Andersen E-Series door. FlexScreen’s process was so easy. I measured (without the measuring tool), entered the numbers on the web site, and a few weeks later, received the new screen. Installation was easy. FlexScreen’s web site allows sizes larger than FlexScreen through Home Depot - which I needed because my door is taller than the maximum screen height on the Home Depot website.

Used the FlexTenna purchased from Home Depot. Got precise measurements and then ordered online. Screens came and a perfect fit!

It was fast and on time. A little expensive, but good quality.

Great product and delivered when promised

The ease of measuring and then installing these screens was wonderful. The frame is sturdy even while being flexible. The screen type I choose has kept many bugs out as well. Very pleased with this purchase!

My window washer recommended these as several of our screens were broken or I’ll fitting. We order a few to see how they fit. Perfect! Will be ordering for the rest of the house !

The screen separated from the edge when installed. about a 2 inch separation. based upon how fragile the screen is I would not recommend for the cost.

Waited on the measure tool. Measured using the tool. sent in specs. screens look good but are too tight which flexes the bottom up. useless to keep bugs out.

Fit was perfect. Shipping costs are outrageous. Quality is great.

New screens fit the window like a glove.

I have been in need of two window screens in my house for years but it was always expensive to have somebody make one for you until I found flexscreen. When the screens came in I thought they were too large at first but they fit like a glove. They look great. I can now open the windows to get fresh air in those rooms without letting bugs in. I will be recommending flexscreen to friends and family.

Although I am pleased with the overall look of the screen, I was not pleased with the quality control of the product. There are 4 places near each corner that are not welded to the frame and I’m sure with continued use those openings will worsen. It looks like maybe the screen was cut too short in those spots and didn’t get attached to the frame. Even though each one is a small area this most certainly should’ve been noticed during an inspection after it was made.

Absolutely love them. Measuring went well & got us a perfect fit. Great so far!

Overall, these screens are high-quality, easy to install, and fairly priced. The only drawback is that they sag slightly along the top crossbar for very wide windows (50in+).
