The no. 1 app I used at university was Fixr. I continue to use this app post-university - it's so versatile. The team is always on hand to help. I accidentally booked 2 tickets for an event and needed to cancel 1. The team at fixr were extremely helpful and processed my refund straight away!

I recently bought tickets for for the event which was supposed to happen on June the 21st however due to restrictions it has now being moved to July the 19th! FIXR was ever so helpful and managed to refund me for some of these tickets and their service was excellent!

I accidentally bought tickets to the wrong event, and FIXR were brilliant - clear communication, and issued me a refund for the incorrect tickets quickly. Would highly recommend!

offers zero protection if an event changes date/cancels. Even refuses to provide contact details of the event organisers. Basically a platform built for you to get robbed

events all changed to dates that no one can make (student holidays), no refund and full price charged.

Very helpful! I accidentally booked the wrong event and my email was responded to very quickly and a refund was given for the wrong event and I managed to book the correct one with no problems :)
