Very helpful, sorted out my problem very efficiently. Just took a while to get back to me initially but all sorted out well.
My elderly father accidentally ordered tickets to a drum and bass night. He probably would of had a nice time but it started at 10pm which is way past his bed time. Also I don’t think he’s knees are up for it. Customer services were really helpful, replied really quickly and gave him a full refund. We will certainly use them again and maybe buy something more age appropriate. Maybe a jungle night?

I am using Fixr from long time and i have never faced any issue with them while buying tickets. This is the first time i bought tickets for a wrong date and was worried that the tickets are gonna be wasted but i just asked them for a refund and they refunded it on a single mail. There response and concern to customer is really appreciated. I happy with them.

Website charged me twice for the tickets. I sent them a message via email and chat i the morning. Wasn't expecting but they replied within few hours with an email confirming to refund my money. Very efficient and polite!!
Artist cancelled event with short notice. Reported to FIXR and following email communication from Ana a ticket refund followed. Very happy with service.
