My elderly father accidentally ordered tickets to a drum and bass night. He probably would of had a nice time but it started at 10pm which is way past his bed time. Also I don’t think he’s knees are up for it. Customer services were really helpful, replied really quickly and gave him a full refund. We will certainly use them again and maybe buy something more age appropriate. Maybe a jungle night?

Not happy cause dident let me in n i had id photo id but not what ur security wanted n i saw people front of me goin in with paper id names no photo reasist muther fx i payed i advance n came from london 40 years old asain mail n a mix girl cant go in y she had parsport with her, wow cant belive bournemouth ill b back but not Cameo club s... no respect n etc🤔🤮🤢🤮🤮👎👎👎

Very simple to use, everything is well explained and easy to pay. Also, the team (Ibby) is very helpful if we need to be refunded!

Took 4 days to get a refund as I didn't hear back for a while but, as soon as I did, I got my refund - no questions asked, very happy with my experience

Made a purchase of tickets unaware they were only for students, got an immediate response from the team who couldn't have been more accomodating in resolving the issue and offered a refund. Will definitely use their services in future and would recommend them to anyone.

I am using Fixr from long time and i have never faced any issue with them while buying tickets. This is the first time i bought tickets for a wrong date and was worried that the tickets are gonna be wasted but i just asked them for a refund and they refunded it on a single mail. There response and concern to customer is really appreciated. I happy with them.

I made a mistake and bought the wrong tickets but I messaged them after 9PM and they managed to sort everything out

Website charged me twice for the tickets. I sent them a message via email and chat i the morning. Wasn't expecting but they replied within few hours with an email confirming to refund my money. Very efficient and polite!!

Artist cancelled event with short notice. Reported to FIXR and following email communication from Ana a ticket refund followed. Very happy with service.
