I've been using FIXR for two years now and really rate them. Azi has been so helpful and even came to meet us the other day which was the first time a ticketing company has ever offered to meet us in person. Functionally, it does everything we need - the analytics are the best I've worked with.

I misstyped my email address and therefore lost my ticket and the fixr team helped me immiately to sort it out!

As an organiser through FIXR, I like the platform. Its easy to use and doesnt (currently) have a monthly fee for its use. It DOES however have very slow and poor customer service for Organisers who are the ones paying their wages. As an Organiser through the platform, I shouldn't have to wait over an hour for a simple request. They also lack basic functionality within the platform such as - - should you need to cancel an event, you have to manually take each customers email, add it to your own email tool, and then send them the cancellation reason. being able to simply cancel an event and then send an email to all is such a simple thing. - there is no tracking for clicks and views for what the source is. Eventbrite has this. - no embeddable video option for landing pages to showcase events. This is a rather simple piece of functionality. - Im still on hold by the way I waited 4 times after calling 4 times and being disconnected each time. Its unacceptable that a company of FIXRs size doesn't have better organiser support.

Venue was changed and not informed. Fixr continue to say it's not their responsibility and the event planners should have informed me, how can they when they don't have my email address. Only fixr do.

Booked a ticket for an event in May,but the event was canceled from the organisers and I received an email on 6th of March that fullnrefund will be issued within 11 days. Haven't received anything and when I have sent email asking for an update I've been told to forward the initial email... just refund my money I've paid on time as you said. Gonna have to contact my bank and report a scam again if don't hear back and see my money in my account. Why have to be so much hassle, terrible service,will never book again.

Terrible customer service Absolute scam artists. Paying for ticket protection does Absolutely nothing. I paid more to lose more as I couldn't make it to an event. Don't use this company it's awful. They will ignore you for days and then blame the event organisers telling you to contact them. When you do they will say they don't handle tickets and contact fixr. SCAM.

Today I booked tickets for an upcoming event. I accidentally missed typed my email adress. It took less than an hr and a one email to have my mistake rectified. The service was amazing and just wish other companies was this fast.

The FIXR app is so great , with a signed in account, you could easily view what you have booked, and what the events you had attended in the tickets history, so good .

I had an issue regarding my booking being doubled, Phelela was so helpful and contacted the event organisers for me and managed to get everything sorted with continued updates throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Painfully strict requirements for a refund. Presented as a means of ticket protection but is too restrictive to serve that purpose. My partner is very ill, but the only way to get a refund is if I use up limited time with doctors.

fixr claims that event organisers will get a payout within 5 working days however it has only ever taken longer than that. For every event I have to make the effort to request the money be payout. The most recent time it is now 3 weeks after the event and have chatted to fixr to no reply. Please give me my money.
