Really glad with this company. I am from the Netherlands and bought NYE tickets for a club in London with them. Unfortunately we aren't able to travel to the UK, so I asked if we can get our money back for the tickets. They answered really soon that they will transfer our money back (with permission from the club) and we received it! Thankyou again (Ibby)!

Due to our event being rescheduled and us not being able to make the new date for the show, I requested a refund via email (on a Saturday) as the live chat feature wasn't available until Monday, Ana replied to my email on Monday afternoon having issued the refund, no questions asked and with no fuss. First class customer service.
