Really glad with this company. I am from the Netherlands and bought NYE tickets for a club in London with them. Unfortunately we aren't able to travel to the UK, so I asked if we can get our money back for the tickets. They answered really soon that they will transfer our money back (with permission from the club) and we received it! Thankyou again (Ibby)!

Due to our event being rescheduled and us not being able to make the new date for the show, I requested a refund via email (on a Saturday) as the live chat feature wasn't available until Monday, Ana replied to my email on Monday afternoon having issued the refund, no questions asked and with no fuss. First class customer service.

Needed a refund for my tickets. Within the next day of contacting customer support they issued my refund. This was the second time I talked with customer support after an incident with their 3rd party transaction partners. Customer service was helpful and efficient in both the situations

Amazing!! I’m so used to tickets being un-refundable no matter what the situation but the lovely lady was so kind and courteous and offered me a refund. Best ticket service!

unfortunately i couldn’t make an event and i emailed to see if i could get a refund for my ticket, not expecting i would get my money back but i get an email back and the lady was lovely and issued me a refund right away , which i am very grateful for

I was unable to attend an event due to a grievance and contacted the team at Fixr. Anna was ever so kind to issue a refund. :)

I couldn't make an event, so needed to cancel it. I emailed and had a response really quickly and was refunded.
