Ibby from Fixr was extremely helpful. The transaction for getting a ticket didn't go through but got debited from my account. I sent them an email amd got a response within the next working day. They were quite responsive and responsible as well.

I haven’t received my refund yet but thats because i only asked for it today, but, they were ever so helpful! Me and my friend have come down with COVID and i needed a refund due to not being able to go to the gig, and there were no questions asked about it!

I booked the wrong tickets and panicked so I asked them if I could get a refund and they answered straight away and without any questions asked they cancelled my tickets.

I had accidentally purchased tickets for a night out for the wrong city! Doh! I messaged the team to ask the question but fully expected them to come back and say it was my fault. But no. Ibby got back to me very quickly and informed me I would get a full refund. Cracking service!
They have a live chat section. I think it just there for decoration. The response time went from 6 hours to a day. I’m still waiting for someone to respond and it has been 3 days now. There other means of contact is useless as well. Update: (Writing on behalf of my experience through my friend as she is the one that booked the tickets) ALSO, it’s quite funny how they are so quick to respond to a review. Wish they had that energy for the live chat section
Tried to contact someone on the live chat(says typically responds within a day) and a week later and two messages with another two on Instagram and no response. Trying to upgrade tickets and literally can’t seem to get a response.
After an event was rescheduled and I was no longer able to attend, a refund was issued very quickly. Thanks Rob for the help.
