I accidently booked the wrong tickets for the wrong event and I spoke to a lovely lady named Samantha who immediately got back to me and processed me a full refund. Was very friendly and attentive!

Steal your booking fee if events get cancelled. The positive reviews seem a bit dubious, funny how several of them have similar wording e.g. how the website/app is “easy to use”. Probably paid for some bots to bury the genuine ones. Scammers!
Been sent the wrong event date tickets - been calling all afternoon to rectify and theres been no answer???
I see another festival is being advertised. I bet its an over 18's and still not advertised that it is. I was scammed this year by false advertising and over £400.00 was taken from me through false advertising and no one is taking responsibility. Do not deal with this company unless you mind losing money and no customer service to help you get it back!!!! BE WARNED I have touched base with you before but nothing gets resolved. you don't do anything!!! except pass the buck ticketplan who in turn send be back to you!!!

Fantastic site and easy to use. We have had a great experience so far with Fixr for our events. And the prices are much more reasonable than certain other ticketing sites we have used in the past. We also had a great experience with their staff sorting something out for us very quickly. Will be recommending to more companies I know to use them.
Couldn’t find my ticket (turns out I had typed my email wrong) and emailed with my details to get everything sorted. Had a reply with a solution within 9 minutes, best customer service with an online company I have ever seen. Thank you!

Was really quick with the booking and gave me a great place to go clubbing (pryzm Kingston ) I had a blast around there all bc of this app I found (ps it was on my bday aswell so we got a booth and party hard till our legs gave out ) but anyway 10/10 app would 100% wait no 1000% recommend the app is trust pilot and FIXR by the way ;)
A truly awful company who sees students as fair game to be exploited. My daughter booked event tickets through FIXR, and paid the extra fee for the right to refund. Unfortunately she fell ill on the night of the event and was unable to attend, but when she tried to claim her refund through their website, it was refused. FIXR bat their refunds away to another company called Ticketplan, but that's kind of irrelevant as the tickets are bought through FIXR and the buck should stop with FIXR. I wrote to FIXR and TicketPlan to insist they look again and grant the refund, but still they refused. Currently we are pursuing a refund via a chargeback on our payment card. But we shouldn't have to go this far. Avoid at all costs!!!
