The worst customer service I have had from any business in my life! I have 2 months of waiting for a refund to be sorted to thing hard about that. customer care team is slow at everything, replying to your emails, solving issues and they don’t seem to care about their customers. I have been trying to get a refund for an event for over two and a half months in contact with the same employee throughout. She has been unresponsive and takes a minimum of a week to reply to each and every email sent and each reply gives no answers or results (I have repeatedly “waiting for them to chase and get back to me asap”). Ignorantly they put the link to thus asking for a review of how they dealt with the problem in email #3 of 11. I’d recommend not using this company and sourcing tickets from anywhere else.
Extremely helpful when I needed a refund! I accidentally booked the wrong date on our tickets, I emailed and they gave me a refund straight away with no fuss! Very helpful, have rebooked to come on the correct date!
