Couldn’t see my purchased tickets on the app but when I emailed customer service about it I received a reply really quickly. Customer service was super helpful and sorted my problem without any hassle.

I thought I was charged twice for one ticket which was shown on my bank statement so I emailed FIXR who reassured me that i wasn’t and the other charge would disappear from my bank payments and if not to contact them again.
