Circumstances led to us buying 3 tickets for 'The Lightening Thief show', but we only needed two tickets. I emailed FIXR explaining the situation. Ibby responded promptly and I got an email to say, the refund has been processed. Thank you Ibby and team!

Simple to use and navigate site. I got sick so couldn't attend the event and had to cancel at short notice, but they still gave me a refund for it!

I was very impressed with just how easy it is to secure tickets using FIXR not to mention being kept informed of other upcoming events. I very recently emailed the FIXR Team with an enquiry and received a very prompt reply and positive outcome.

I have bought some tickets for the wrong venue for NYE, I have contacted the club myself and haven't received any help for 2 months until they stopped replying to my emails. I then decided to contact fixr myself, explained the situation and Ibby has very kindly helped me out. She was very nice from the beginning and did her very best to resolve the issue. She was absolutely amazing and I'm forever grateful.

yeah disappointed at not being able to attend the event of course but that's not Fixr's fault, the refund was dealt with quickly and personally which is a nice change from the automated world we are usually exposed to in this context so thanks for sorting it
