I have used Every Mother for all stages of my life as a mom - prenatal, postnatal, and now prenatal again. I have enjoyed the ease of the app, the convenience of being able to get my workout in at home, and the effectiveness of short, targeted workouts. The new workouts in the Surpass (advanced) area are really tough. I would challenge most women and even men to get through some of the plank sequences without a break! I can't express how much I hope other women will realize they don't need to live with their internal and external problems pre-and post-pregnancy, and try to resolve some of their issues through EM.
I have really loved this program! I was struggling with a pretty significant diastasis recti after the pregnancy and birth of my daughter and was experiencing excruciating back pain, along with deconditioned abdominal muscles, all contributing to not feeling like myself! Since using this program, my abs have become stronger, my back pain has almost totally resolved and I am feeling more and more like myself! WIsh I had found this sooner! Will continue this program and will use again, during my next pregnancy and post partum recovery! Highly recommend!!!!!
I love EM. This is everything I need in a workout app. Challenging workouts that are short enough that I can tackle them each day in addition to working from home with two young children.

So thankful for this program, especially during the pandemic. about 5 weeks after birth, I started the Every Mother Reclaim stage, and then after a couple of months, switched over to the Surpass stage. It's been easy to fit in the 15-30min workouts each day, as well as the 2-10min core compressions. Also, Every Mother is a great pair with an already robust cardio regime. I'm a cyclist and I found the short workouts an easy addition to days I also rode my bike. The website and modules are so clean and beautiful--I look forward to visiting my Path every day! Each individual's Path is organized as "Day One," "Day Two," etc., so it doesn't coordinate to a specific day of the week or date on the calendar. I prefer this style to other workouts because If I miss a day or two (which happens occasionally!), there's no confusion about where to start back up again. I just hop back in wherever I left off. There's also a chat system where all the users can talk with each other and the EM staff directly (such a nice perk!), a collection of helpful articles on postpartum fitness and health that I've consulted often (I share the info with my Pelvic Floor physical therapist and she says its top-notch information), as well as a library full of workouts you can choose from if you feel like adding an extra to an easy day. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the most important detail to potential users: I've had amazing progress healing my diastasis recti, which is why we all join this program in the first place. I love EM! I love having a positive, short but EFFECTIVE workout at my fingertips everyday, or at least every day that I can get to it! I can’t say enough wonderful things about EM!
Honestly I’m discouraged. Maybe I had too wide a gap to start. I am at day 70 and have gone from 4 to 3 fingers only. I have only missed 2 days of CCs the entire time. I’m a cyclist so I’m very fit except for the DR. I’m also a physician and have been to PT so I’m fairly certain I am doing it correctly.
This program is life changing! I only wish I had found it earlier, I am almost 2 years post partum with my second but I started seeing results right away. My waistline is shrinking, my core is stronger I have no more neck and back pain and my pelvic floor feels stronger too. And it has not taken much effort or time. I can recommend this program enough to other moms.

They do not offer a trial period or allow you to see their video ahead of time, which is unfortunate since their cheapest subscription is $45 for 3 months. The videos are pretty boring, way too easy for people who are already fit or exercising prior to pregnancy. AND, they don't offer refunds if you're unsatisfied. Pretty disappointed with this program. If you're looking for something more challening, I recommend Glow Body PT, which has a completely free prenatal program that I've been enjoying, and a paid option for post-natal.
This program offers options that make it feel personalized for whatever stage you’re at. You can tell that there has been a lot of work in creating this guided program that caters to mothers with diastasis recti. The results and improvement that I experienced were amazing. I couldn’t recommend more.
The program has empowered me with the knowledge and workouts to get my body functioning well again.

Some good information, very helpful for the back. After a little while, the routines got repetitive and were not fun. Also, switching from one move to the next sometimes was very choppy and hard to follow.
I love this program. I wish that the messages from the founder would include EVERYONE not just issues or platforms that she feels are relevant. There is a lot going on in our country and no one wants to feel excluded
