This app has helped me so much. Finally, I can feel strong and be in shape without doing damage to my pelvic floor. I love it so much and am very thankful to have found it.
I'm excited for day 21 when I can measure again. I've incorporated the breathing techniques into everything from taking my dog for a walk- sitting in my car- to doing my own work outs. I can see a difference visually in the mirror. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there's one issue I have with the audio. The instructors voice absolutely crawls under my skin when she says "tight tighter". My husband even noticed and died laughing. Now he walks around the house mimicking it. It's terrible, almost like it's a sexual tone and she kind of draws it out. I have to mute the program a lot of times.
This has really helped me get back in to working out postpartum. I was afraid to make my diastisis recti worse by working out so I avoided working out all together. Then I found this app and knew I would not only be doing exercises that would HELP with my DR, but were also safe. There are tons of workouts so you are constantly changing it up so it stays interesting. The only downfall is you also need extra equipment to do the workouts that I wasn’t aware of when I signed up so I did not have the equipment on hand when I started. It would be nice if they had a kit of equipment that you could purchase through them or a heads up regarding what equipment you’ll need so you can purchase ahead of time.

Good program. I struggle to do anything every single day. This is no exception. I've worked on part of the program but wish I could do the workouts too. It's not the app's fault for my season of life but I don't like not being able to do all I'm"supposed to" for best results. I really need to close my ab gap and hope even with just doing the 10 mins a day that'll help. Time will tell. I can't tell a difference after just 2 weeks.
Very attainable and manageable for busy moms that are desperately trying to go back to safe exercising but don’t have much time.
The EM Program helped me heal my diastasis recti and improved my overall fitness after my second pregnancy! It’s a fantastic fitness program that I can highly recommend!
Every Mother saved me after the birth of my second child left me unable to do your typical high intensity, jump-heavy workouts. I followed the program from beginner to advanced and continue to do the workouts even now that my littlest one is 2.5 years old, that's how effective they are. I would highly recommend the workout program for any woman, especially now that it is more challenging to workout outside of the home.
Love this. So great. So many options. I am post meneposal and needed exercises to help me with urinary incontinence. This program has done the trick.
So far so good! 20 days in and it’s totally doable. I am slowly feeling stronger and feel like I can keep up with the program.
I absolutely love this program! It has allowed me to regain my physical health back, since I was diagnosed with diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia after giving birth. I stopped exercising because I didn't know which exercises were safe for me and this made things worse in the long run. But now, I can follow a daily program that tells me exactly what to do ! And the results are amazing! Highly recommend it to all moms !
My youngest is 6, and i have about a 2-cm separation. I have barely exercised formally in my life, besides for some walking here and there. Other programs I’ve recently tried were confusing to me in so many ways. In Every Mother, everything in the program is laid out super-duper clearly, and I don’t wonder if I’m doing it wrong half the time. Now even when doing household chores, I know how to protect my abs from separation. She also explains how to properly check for DR. Most people don’t explain it well and I’d probably end up with the wrong measurements. I’m confident that I’m exercising properly from the foundation up. And she works every part of your body in different ways. We’ll see soon when I measure myself how my results are, but I really trust Leah’s expertise.
This should be available for all mothers. Great information and guidance about health and wellness after child birth.
It is really incredible. I am currently using it after my second pregnancy (DR after first and never fully closed or stayed closed for long) and really enjoy the workouts. My DR is not closed and I am still actively working on it, but that must be the realistic assumption when trying to resolve DR. It takes time and having an app and community supporting me along the way (at a reasonable price) is really amazing. Love it!

Finally found the right thing to stay committed to during and recovering from pregnancy. I have been craving the correct knowledge to ensure I was doing safe movements for my body.
I didn't think the programs were incremental enough for the abdomen. I've done Reclaim classic, Surpass essentials, moderate, and with cardio. I modified plank and twists because I still have the same pooch, though no separation, which was fixed in PT - still umbillical hernia, however - and don't feel I can maintain the compressions. I'm sure I'm not bulging in general. Even Reclaim classic jumped into some pretty intense moves pretty early.
This is the third (online) diastasis rehab program I have tried and 3 weeks in, it is definitly what I've been looking for all this time! This provides a clear, measured workout path with just enough explanations and reminders. My diastasis seems to be getting better, back pain is less, and I enjoy the total body workouts.
Thank you. This program has healed my postpartum body and soul. It’s easy to follow and encouraging. I feel reinvigorated after my workouts and I’m happy to “RECLAIM” some me time. After my first 30 days my waist was down 4inches. I just assumed that my body after my second pregnancy would be forever a different shape and that jumping and needing to pee was a forever problem: not by following this program. I have my strength and confidence back.
Not only has this program helped me resolve my abdominal separation, but I am also in the best physical shape I have ever been in!!
