Very do-able but still challenging exercises, love the short video lengths - my core is definitely much stronger and my abdominal separation from carrying twins is much smaller. Thank you Every Mother!

Every Mother provides an easy-to-access, easy-to-understand exercise program that is specifically suited to mothers. I enjoyed spending "me time" doing these exercises, knowing I was strengthening my body with evidence-based techniques.

I’m only a week into the reclaim program however I’m already way more mindful of my core during every day activities and routines. The daily 10-15 min of core compressions really sets a good basis for you to apply the techniques into every day life. The workouts are also easy to fit into my schedule and I can do them anywhere, the living room, bedroom, garage or patio. I’ve added this program to my existing workout routine and it’s been a welcome variation so far.
The Every Mother program is the only thing that has worked for my postpartum urinary incontinence. I can actually run and sneeze without having an accident or pee run down my leg! I've gone to a physical therapist and had electrodes gauge my muscle strength, and even all that did not help. This program is easy. I don't sweat. I don't feel strained, and I can definitely give myself 10 minutes a day to help my pelvic floor strength. It truly does work. Even my obgyn said she could tell a difference, whatever that means!
After having 5 Babies, my core and pelvic floor were both very weak, and I also have diastases recti . After only three weeks of doing the EM routine I already feel stronger than I’ve felt in a long time! The exercises are simple, but feel so effective! I’ve never liked workout videos before, but I absolutely love these, and they fit into my busy mom schedule! I can’t recommend this enough! I can’t wait to see where I am in a few more weeks!

I love the every mother exercise program! I am only on day 22, but I feel my abs healing and getting stronger. I love the variety of exercises used- yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength training etc. that are modified to specifically target the abdominals in multiple ways. It keeps it interesting and it is helping me get a total body benefit. The guided path is keeping me on track MUCH better than trying to learn some moves and do them on my own. The format is really great too. A few of the features I appreciate is being able to see what day you’re on with the plan for that day, your personal progress tracker, and when exercising, the completion circle in the top right corner to let you know how close you are to completing a set, the picture in the bottom right hand corner that appears towards the end of your set to let you know what’s coming next, and the focus placed on when to inhale and exhale. I feel like this program is a perfect fit for me and I can do it in my living room when it is most convenient for me and my family with a short daily time commitment of 10-30 minutes. This program lives up to its name- every mother! If you’re a mom, this is an excellent program that you won’t regret investing in!
A great resource! I really enjoyed the workouts during my pregnancy and the foundational work from the core compressions. I'm at 38 weeks and feel very prepared for labor and post partum! These workouts were a great substitute for my pre-pregnancy high impact workouts. Thank you so much!
I love all the workouts and have seen so much improvement. I feel like this is the first time I can manage a daily workout routine as a mom. I have completely resolved my mild DR and am on my way to seeing more noticeable body changes postpartum. Couldn't recommend this program more.

I absolutely love it! It is the only program that I feel safe doing after having diastasis recti with my second pregnancy and I love the results. I admit that I cannot always do the workouts, but always try to make time for that core compressions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Good videos for at home workout. It does not cure DR in everyone. I've been using it since my 4 year old was born and still have the same 2 finger gap that he gave me. But, it has definitely helped my pelvic floor. I went from having to pee 4x during an hour run, to not having to go at all. I think the videos are a safe way for DR women to strength train. I know many DR moms who hit the gym or hired a trainer, only to find that traditional exercises were actually making their ab gap worse. EM has not made mine better, but has not made it worse. Overall, worth it if your goals are not simply a DR miracle.
So far so good. I am on my 27th day and enjox the experience.
