Exactly what I needed! Landlocked at home with a one-year-old, I was done feeling out of shape and dealing with back issues, and worrying about my pelvic floor health. I can't emphasize enough how perfectly this app and program have fit into my life. The short specific exercises and daily boxes to check helped me to stay on track for the most part (even with a clingy little one). It was doable! I really did see a huge difference in feeling stronger, having less pain, less leakage, and even liking the way I looked better after having a baby. Another thing I like is that there are people with different body shapes and sizes in the exercise videos. It's very encouraging as a new mom to see that normal variety and not get discouraged. Two enthusiastic thumbs way up!
I love the workouts. I find the yoga uninspiring for some reason, i always do a different workout when its yoga. I prefer the pre recorded video with audio added in.
I love this app. It is so well organized and it keeps me on track with the daily check marks. The work outs are just hard enough to challenge me, but not too difficult to make me feel discouraged. I love that the focus is on strength, not weight loss or fitting into a certain size. Love love love this app and program!
This program and the community around it are helping me build my body back strong after four pregnancies in six years, plus keep a toehold on my sanity amid this pandemic. The variety of paths allowed me to choose one suited to my immediate needs, with plenty of opportunities to supplement with individual workouts as I gain strength and confidence. I can’t believe how much I gain from consistently putting in a modest amount of time, just 10-30 minutes each day. And I can’t believe I can do this from my home, with such simple equipment! The Village is a great source of support, accountability and ideas. I can’t say enough about what this program has done for me and how grateful I am to have it in my life.

On day 20 and I am feeling tighter and stronger! It’s so easy to fit into my schedule while having 3 children. I feel like this program is what I have been looking for and believe it will fix my DI, which I never knew I had until this year. After 3 c-sections, I was convinced that I was not put back together correctly! It was after the 5th person to ask me if I was pregnant again that I started to research and found every mother. I cannot wait to see the full results!
This program has helped me lose 20 pounds, inches, and added lots of muscle definition.
I've tried similar workouts to resolve my light diastis but nothing has shown me better improvement than Every Mother. I also appreciate the Path - I don't have to search for workouts unless I want to, and they are simple and easy enough that I can always just add them on to whatever workout I've planned for that day.
It's been wonderful! I love that the work outs are short, and I'm noticing a difference! I feel stronger and more body-aware. I also love the new videos. It makes it all feel fresh. Even though I haven't used the community for support, it's nice to know it's out there. I feel so accomplished when I finish my morning workout.

It's great because the program helps keep me on track with my exercise with the guided path. The exercises are short, though some days they're still hard to get to. The instructions and self-checks are helpful. The ability to find other exercises you want to do, and know what equipment you need, and what the aim of the exercise is, is great! Love it

I have an ab separation from my two pregnancies (8 years apart) and found this app when looking for a simple and effective replacement for my PT sessions during COVID. I can’t say enough good things about this program. It has made an enormous improvement on my ab separation and I feel like I’m in better shape than I’ve been in years. The workouts are short and accessible, easy to do and easy to follow, and the app design is incredibly user-friendly and motivating. I highly recommend!

I have a 4 year old and should have done pelvic floor therapy after he was born. After chronic lower back pain, I decided to go to PT but then everything shut down with the virus. I’m SO glad I started Every Mother! It’s helping my bladder issues and my back has felt better than it has in years!! I haven’t lost inches like some people but I feel stronger and think if I stick with it I’ll achieve a flatter tummy (along with the other benefits). Thank you EM! Wish I had known about it sooner.
Every Mother is such a great transition to heal your muscles from within and tone from the outside. It’s a gentle climb to more intense exercises as your body progresses in the healing process. I love these workouts and don’t plan on stopping anytime!
