I feel like this program really knows what my body needs to repair and get stronger! It works! My only recommendation for improvement is to add better music :)

I love the Paths....that every mother gives you to follow if you choose...I find I like seeing myself check off the boxes.... I just started prepare and the only thing about it I’m not 100 percent great with is that it only last 2 weeks.....I am only 5 weeks pregnant and once I found out I switched over to prepare....I guess I was hoping for a longer path as I have 35 more weeks to go....maybe something targeted toward each trimester would be nice with suggestions to modify during the workouts for those new to exercise or movement during pregnancy. I started EM 4 months after having my 1st baby and now I’m pregnant with our 2nd. I’m excited to have found EM as I was able to bring my core strength up and my separation back together. Now I’m planning to not separate if I can with this pregnancy by following the program
Perfect exercise for getting fit safely.
I love the program and appreciate jumping into every day's video knowing that I will only be given core-safe exercises. I think the only down side for me is my own discipline. I do pretty well, but go through short stretches where I miss several days in a row. I think consistency is key.

I hate not being able to workout like I use to and I've been so afraid to do anything. I was looking for a program that included safe workouts that helped my DR, but was more than just breathing exercises This program is perfect and I love the videos! You have everything you need and all your daily workouts are planned. I'm glad I decided to join, I already feel confident and stronger.
After my daughter was born, I wanted a safe way to get back in shape and fix my DR. The EM program gave me a clear path forward with a program I could actually stick to as a new mom. I’m four months postpartum and feeling and looking great. My DR has significantly improved (not gone yet) and I’ve taken inches off my waist, enough to fit in my pre-pregnancy jeans. EM’s approach on rebuilding the foundation of my abs in a gentle and sustainable program has been invaluable. Thank you EM!
I am a 75 year old grandmother and have been doing the EM program for 3 months. My daughter told me about EM and strongly recommended l try it. I do not have a track record of sticking to an exercise regimen, but this time has been different! I have some arthritis in my knees so have had to adjust the routines that require knee bends and stepping. But l do most of the other exercises and all the core compressions with no problem. I realize my age group is not your core (pun intended!) audience, but l think EM should do more to market to us Golden Agers! I have lost an inch in both measurements and can tell my core strength is greatly improved. Great program!
I have been using the Every Mother regimen for the past three months and I'm excited to keep going! I originally wanted to use it for the core strengthening exercises, but I have also been doing some of the other body exercises that strengthen and tone my upper and lower body. I love the variety of the exercises, and nothing is so intense that I feel like I can't finish. As a busy mom of 4, this is just what I need to get myself moving and to feel like I am getting stronger without spending hours in the gym!
This program is efficient and challenging (in a good way!), all in one! The classes are upbeat and the instruction on form during the workouts serve as gentle reminders to concentrate on my form and my core! I've recommended this program to even friends who have not had children as so many can benefit from the exercises. I can't wait to see what Every Mother comes up with next!
I love the program! I just wish the workouts had more music to make it more interesting and not so serious. More smiles :) But the program is working for me, mu diastasis and urinary leaking after pregnancy have improved significantly.
This program has significantly strengthened my core which helps with balance issues and every day movements. Great program with many options!
Not complicated to start, not overwhelming, and scalable. I found I got a little lost when transitioning between phases, but after some experimentation, I figured out what was happening. As a research junkie, I would like to know more of the rationale behind the sequencing of the exercises, but ultimately, it worked as advertised. I followed the program with fidelity and I went from a 3 cm divide in my abs to 1.75 cm in 12 weeks, lost 3 inches around my waist, and feel stronger, more aware of my posture, and no longer worry about leaks when I sneeze.
This program had been amazing!! I haven’t worked out in years and the daily plan just tells you what to do and how -it is so helpful! Loving it and telling everyone about it!
I’m 69 days in and really enjoying it. I see improvement at every check in. It’s the first time in years that I’m actually fixing my Diastasis. The workouts are great and I’m loving the options of express on the days that I have less time.

I was on the verge of surgery when I signed up as a last ditch effort to fix my diastasis recti. It’s easy to fit into my day because it’s short yet very effective. I love the different levels and the multiple workouts. I would recommend this to anyone.
