I purchased a spotlight camera thinking I could record continuously but not without an SD card or a home base. I purchased 2 more cameras with a home base and now I need to purchase a hard drive. My cameras still do not work to their full potential. I was told in a chat that I could get a hard drive from y’all free shipping with next day delivery but now I cannot find that offer online. My homebase should have included a hard drive.

Working with the company has been easy and seamless. They were accommodating and helpful to solve my problem. I am still waiting for my battery and it has not arrived yet due to weather. Hopefully the battery fixes my problem.

The app to order is ez to purchase from. Always received confirmation of purchases immediately. Eufy offers great discounts if you sign up. I received a 30% bday discount that saved me a little over $400 on the robot s1 pro. Thank you for that Eufy. I have everything Eufy smart camera doorbell with fingerprint and all that. This lock is EPIC. Knock on wood but I never have issues with my doorbell. Fingerprint option is quick and on point. I also have indoor cameras that work quite well. I have had them all google, yale and I will never go back. Eufy is so far advanced than these other locks and cameras. Great products and prices.

TL:DR WARNING DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS! THEIR SUPPORT IS THE WORST! I have now been in talks with support for over 3 months, i keep having to repeat myself almost every email i send, i need to repeat the exact things that i sent the email before, like its a completely new person every single time and they DO NOT read ANY of the previous correspondence, and even if you spell it out in paper they do not read what you say and seems to only skim the stuff you list in the emails. So DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM EUFY EVER if you ever need to talk with support its so bad you just wanna end everything and burn all your eufy products

Defective product & non-existent support. I have a video doorbell & chime which came in a box as a kit, but despite many attempts to link the 2 together & many phone & email attempts to get technical assistance, they will not call me back and as yet will not escalate it to a more senior person. It doesn't work so the only thing I can do is return the item. In my experience they are not a customer orientated organisation so I won't be purchasing from them again & would not recommend their products or non-existent support.

Zeer slechte klantenservice. Na contact gehad te hebben met eufy heb ik een product geretourneerd. Deze retourzending hebben ze op locatie geweigerd en het pakket dus niet aangenomen. Volgens eufy klantenservice kwam dit door een een update van het magazijn(???). Het geweigerde pakket was ondertussen spoorloos. Eufy heeft mij beloofd de verzendkosten van €24,50 te vergoeden. Via lost & found van PostNL heb ik het pakket kunnen traceren en uiteindelijk weer thuis gekregen. Ik wil het product nog steeds retourneren. Daarnaast wacht ik nog tot ze het beloofde bedrag van €24,50 overmaken. Ik heb de klantenservice al zeker 10 keer een e-mail gestuurd, waarna je een antwoord krijgt waar totaal niet op de gestuurde e-mail wordt ingegaan.

Don't expect any leniency, understanding or kind replacement gesture from the Australian distributor of Eufy cameras, "Directed Electronics" if one of your cameras fails and is outside the 12 month warranty period, regardless of the Australian Consumer Laws. My camera, had been recharged approximately 5 times in it's lifetime and on the most recent attempt, failed to re-sync after charging, some 10 months outside the warranty period. After lengthy communications, I was informed that the S300 4K camera had "lasted a reasonable amount of time" and no replacement would be forthcoming.

Die Erkennung und Unterscheidung von Personen und allgemein funktioniert nur mangelhaft. Bei "nur Personen" möchte ich nicht jede Katze gemeldet bekommen, die meine Terrasse überquert. Dazu kommen sehr häufige Abstürze der App. Viele Personenmeldungen kommen gar nicht an. Alles in allem kein System das zuverlässig arbeitet. Geräte: zwei eufyCam 2C, Wall Light Cam, HomeBase2

I am still waiting for the 2nd half of my order to arrive. The first half arrived a month ago. The response I received was that sometimes items ship separately. But I should receive the rest soon. That was several weeks ago

If you want a reliable security camera system please DO NOT buy Eufy products. My overall experience is it's not security if I can't capture longer recordings or read license plates of vehicles in front of my home. 10 second recordings WILL Never do when you have a breakin, or need to prove a package was stolen or never left. It's these simple things that makes a security system superior or not. Eufy doesn't come close And by the way the Customer service just runs you around in circles never addressing the issue Unsatisfied Customer Over 1k wasted. Suffolk New York

Eufy are a total disgrace and should not be allowed to trade their poor quality products. Eufy products Are not fit for purpose. Eufy claim to have a support line which has been on automated answer. Eufy constantly lie about everything. Eufy have led me on a wild goose chase for 3 months. Eufy told me to provide my contact details and availability which I did. Eufy let me cancel appointment to discuss my issues and surprise surprise left me waiting for hours without bothering to call. There should be an investigation as to how this company is allowed to operate a literally con customers out of their hard earned money. Worst organization I have ever come across.Totally unprofessional, total waste of time, How is this company allowed to steal from customers. Their products do not work as advertised. SHAME ON THEM. Not that they care. Their rating should be zero stars. I will take a cut of all communications and post. They should be banned from selling in UK, and the company taken to task. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. In response to Eufy comments 09.Feb. This is absolute rubbish. I stand by my statement they just want to provide refund without trying to rectify issue. So unprofessional and a total waste of time. Eufy really expect me to believe that they are so inundated with calls it takes five months to respond to a customer. What does that say about their products. Disgusting constantly lying organisation. Please do not do any business with these cowboys.

Ich habe Eufy mit der Homebase 3 und bekomme schön über mein Handy Nachrichten, wer so vor meiner Kamera läuft. Nützt mir nur nichts, wenn ich beim Anschauen immer die Meldung bekomme, dass keine Verbindung zur Homebase aufgebaut werden kann. Also völlig nutzlos und Geld in den Sand gesetzt.
