After I've registered at the website and picked my number, I expected everything to work. But it did not. Calls to my number were forwarded to some other firm (smth about bikes). I've raised the concern with the support team (by email, since they don't have online chat support) on Friday, but I did not hear back from them until Monday. I mean, not hearing anything for two days is kinda not inspiring in this day and age. I was gonna switch to a different provider, but they finally called and sorted out the issue. It was, however, impossible to keep the number, and I had to choose a different one. They rectified the issue, but they did not offer anything as a way of apology, which many companies do, these days, if they made a mistake.
Very easy online setup. Great customer service same day when I had a few more questions after my account got setup. John B. was very supportive and knowledgeable.
