My business had to close unexpectedly due to Corona virus 2 weeks ago and Government lock down in Ireland. I rent my number from E receptionist . Today I got the great news that I was granted rental credits until July 2020. I am so appreciative of this gesture while my business is closed- it saved me discontinuing the rental agreement and restarting it again. I could not recommend them highly enough. System could be improved, system lags when playing back any audio recordings. also the system is badly operated because I was given a number everything seemed to work fine but then when I tested the number it was reaching another company.

I am looking to join eReceptionist as the features look really good. So this review is based on my experience of calling their sales people to talk through features. This experience has not been great. The telephone line is not clear at all and I am having to repeat myself. I am a customer who would like to have eReceptionist answer my business calls and its not a good first impression if you call them and its not a great experience as a caller to then have them receiving call from your potential clients.

I called eReceptionist with the misconception that I would be on hold for a long while before speaking with an agent. I was wrong. I received great customer service from Josipa and would recommend this company to anyone looking for telephony services.

I approached eReceptionist back in December 2019 with the intent to port our existing virtual phone number across...4 months later and still no further to porting the number across. I am left to contact eReceptionist myself every two weeks for an update despite asking the account manager to keep me updated, emails are read but not always replied to and phone calls are pointless as what I am initially told is completely different by the end of the phone call. Was promised refunds until the number was ported across as a gesture of goodwill, however only received a refund so far for two of the months despite chasing and the account manager promising he would chase it up the other two months. So I am left with a temporary phone number which there is no point phoning from as it will confuse our customers who have our offical phone number. To top it off I am currently paying two telecom providers as we still have to continue paying our original provider until the number is ported.

Finally made contact with tech support on Monday last after holding for 20 minutes. It would be useful if you put a message on the call on hold explaining the delay in answering calls. Lia from tech support was so helpful and we are back up and running. Lia spent two hours on the phone, and would have spent more if we needed it. Thanks so much Lia well done!

Total Scam! No way to cancel the recurring billing. Absolutely horrendous. This has nothing to do with COVID-19 and predates all of that. The inability to cancel subscriptions online was done on purpose to make it difficult for people to cancel subscriptions. I stand by the rating. This is shady outfit with very questionable business practices.

I have been using eReceptionist for almost 3 years now. The customer service is superb, always quick to reply and resolve any issues. Today however, I was introduced to Lia D. Her recommendations and rapid response to my questions was actually rather impressive. She has restored my faith in humanity - a passion, a drive! although I do hope she does this out of love, not commission! ha! Thank you.
