I recently put up a comment about the customer service team attempting to get a copy of my passport, proof of address and business registration documents. Soon after that, my account got deactivated and canceled. Now they just sent me an email thanking me for being a customer and then asking me to rate them. Jokers :)

Last Update: They finally closed my account and issueed partial refund, so at least I won't be charged again, and got some refund, Thanks Anna for your help. Still they need to improve their website and allow people to easily cancel their subscription online. Avoid them, I have canceled my account after free trial, but it did not go thorugh, , I have cancelled again, again and again until today I have paid them +£120 for nothing, ***THEY ASK YOU TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE FOR CANCELLATION, NO EMAIL OR IN-ACCOUNT cancellation FACILITY, SO YOU CAN NEVER PROOVE THAT YOU cancelled your account. SO YOU WILL PAY MONEY FOREVER, ***Update on 23 Jan 2020: I have contacted them again as they have asked me to send them private message to solve the issue, I have paid another +30£ for 3 months, Instead of helping me to sort it out and cancel my account, they have tried to remove my review. :)

Shocking experience. Signed up for a free 30 day trial and account was suspended immediately for non-payment. Had to call from a different time zone to resolve. Next tried to set-up international call forwarding but was not able to. Email support advised me to call customer support. Contacted customer support who then forwarded my issue to another team. Not sure why this wasn't done by the email support team. Lastly, international forwarding was enabled at 36 pens per minute. So much for a free trial...

E-receptionist as a product was a useful for my company at the time however we soon changed to another company. After being billed I sent an email off immediately to customer services requesting for this transaction to be returned and for the account to be closed down. I included all relevant information to help them do this such as company name, my name, email address, address, DOB etc. They replied with an email informing me I had to call them however I just didn't have the time. Frankly, the email should have be sufficient. To top it off I had forgotten my log in details to their online account also. The thing that really frustrates me about this was that the women on the phone said had I of sent another email back saying I didn't have the time then they would have returned the money from the transactions. She also said had I of been from a country whereby they have a premium number in place as apposed to a free number then they would have refunded the transaction. From my point of view if you sign up to a subscription service and the company tries to take the payment twice then frankly they should shut off said service and not continue to try and bill my card on a daily basis until they eventually caught me out when I had unfroze my credit card. Why not just do the honest and fair thing and refund the transactions, you can clearly see on your systems that we didn't use your services. You have employed these billing tactics to catch people out which are quite frankly rogue.
