I tried to contact eReceptionist during my free trial several times. I waited on hold, when somebody actually picked up and I tried to discuss my eReceptionist account I was told I had come through to the wrong department and was put on hold again. Then the phone just cut off! This happened every time I called!!!! The company is called eReceptionist but has nobody answering their own calls and they expect to manage my business calls! No chance!!!!

Impossible de résilier son abonnement, j’ai fais la demande mais quand même prélevé sans mon accord, je vais faire opposition, faites très attention ! Édit : Une fois qu’on râle ça va toujours mieux, apparement ils vont me rembourser d’ici quelques jours ouvrables, mon abonnement est enfin résilié ! Je vous tiens au courant si je suis remboursé. Edit 2 : Remboursement effectué très rapidement de leur part, assez sérieux au final, j’apprécie beaucoup leur geste et leur rapidité !
Don’t know who posted this but it wasn’t me! I have only ever used this service to leave a review for Saxtons 4x4. Trustpilot need to look into these reviews. The wording of so many positive reviews on one site I have been looking at are remarkably similar!
Spoke to a lady called Alena who was very professional and sorted out my problem which was quite complex as I have a few numbers with this company. She had a very good knowledge of everything as she is also part of the engineering/ technical team. Very happy with their service over the last 5 years.
