Wonderful Experience!! Lia is a credit to the company. I am setting up a business like many of you using this service have either done or are doing and as you know it is stressful! So many things to think about and dealing with 20 different other companies at the same time. Inevitably mistakes are sometimes made or you think better of something and change your mind. Well that is exactly what happened to me I picked a phone number that just wasn't right for me, my clients or maybe even more importantly my potential new clients and it resulted in me losing a nights sleep over it. (Stupidly) as I had no idea Lia was going to fix everything for me, all in the time it took to send an email. I will sleep just fine tonight, Thank you Lia.

A brilliant service which I have been using for over 10 years. I started as a mobile Physio with only my mobile number which didn't look professional and I rarely had chance to answer. By using this service I can forward all calls to a 3rd party answering service. I hardly use their service to full potential but even this forwarding facility and having a phone number I can take with me regardless of where i move is priceless. I almost cancelled it when I got a clinic and fixed land landline but with this latest Virus crisis and having to work from home it has been invaluable to quickly divert the "office" calls without having to give clients a new number to call. Recently I had a bill larger than usual and I brought it up with customer service by email. Within a day I received a thorough explanation for it and new options to chose from A very good company, and very good value for money... and as I said I dont even use all of the available services!
E receptionist was a reliable service when used. Did put cancellation request in which was not actioned properly their end. But customer support was quick to rectify situation.

Very pleased with the level of service with eReceptionist, Bojan Lukacevic who was the sales associate throughout the process has made it exceptionally delightful to deal with. Many thanks for the swift service you have provided. A service like this is very much needed at a time like this when the majority of staff are having to work on a rotation basis.
The service was easy to set up and sadly I had to cancel shortly afterwards. The customer service is excellent and they got back to me to fix my issues. I will be using them again when this current crisis is over.

Opened an account with eReceptionist yesterday night after reading all the glowing reviews. Tried to login to the system to set myself up. There is some glitch in the setting up wizard that won't let me progress to the next screen no mater what I do. I tried logging in from different browser, ingognito mode, from phone etc.Same issue. The customer service number is not available on weekends. So essentially I am stuck, not able to set myself up and use the system which is urgently required for me. I will just have to open a new account with another provider who does provide support on weekends and ask for a full refund from eReceptionist. Very disappointed as I wasted quite a few hours trying to make it work. UPDATE: I received an email back from eReceptionist regarding the Wizard error and this was resolved. I have a back office in India and they are unable to install the eReceptionist app as it is not allowed in India. The offices are still closed - can someone please contact me to resolve this or provide an alternative app hat can be used?
I've had a good experience with eReceptionist, both with the service and the help. They offered my business a good deal during the Covid-19 period, and hope to be back up and running with them soon.

With this CO19 Virus, I needed to cut costs, called Ereceptionist and spoke to a very helpful man called John, he changed my account round so my payments are now very low to help me get through theses times, great service. I will be upgrading back when this is all over.
Quick and easy to setup. Helpful support. Initially used as emergency alternative when all staff required to WFH as a result of Government guidance in relation to Covid-19. Great solution and will consider using as permanent system to to replace our PBX.
I have decided to amend my original negative review of eReceptionist as I was having major difficulties regarding speaking with any of their team on the phone. I left a negative review earlier, and within minutes I received a phone call from John who wanted to help me resolve issues I was having. I suppose it was nice of them to give me a call, but it's just a shame they contacted me after I left such a bad review. They shoul've answered my initial calls when I tried desperately to contact them a few days ago. Anyway, all is done now. I still stick by my original comment regarding the difficulty in setting up eReceptionist. I used this company 4 or 5 years ago, the system back then was an absolute doddle to set up. For this reason, I have given a 4 star rating. It would've been 5 stars if it was easier to setup eReceptionist, and if they sort out their automated phone system when customers are trying to contact them.
