I just downloaded the app. No matter what number I try to call, it dials the same unknown (to me) number in Limerick, Ireland. I have tried dialling many numbers and it always defaults back to this Limerick number. I suspect if this problem can be fixed, it will otherwise work well.

Does what it says, simple to set up and use. User interface is practical and functional but not particularly modern by today's standards. We signed up for the free trial so we could see how much its used and whether it would be cost effective as it may get expensive quickly if used heavily.
Used this company for a few years. The service is good, staff welcoming, polite and helpful. They always listen, and I have always been happy with the service I have received from them.

It's the worst service ever. I subscribed for my company as I saw the good reviews, but it doesn't integrate with any CRM, and the platform is really not user friendly. I decided to go to another provider and Ereceptionist has been making it impossible so far to port my number out. They want me to pay 65 pounds to port the number, and there is no customer service phone line to reach the porting team. They are not responding to my new provider to help them port my number, it's just a nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
