10/03 [comment relates to Onboarding only] The kind salesperson sent me a screenshot of the email which never came through so I guess that's better than nothing. After a barrage of emails with regards my TrustPilot review I have nudged up the rating. 09/03 [comment relates to Onboarding only] Signed up on 05/03 and 4 days later NOTHING back from eReceptionist to confirm contract, number, service etc. I must say that the person who set-up the account was delightful, but actually so far NO account has been set-up. That's the bottom-line!
If i could give ereceptionist no stars I would. You are NOT even answering YOUR OWN PHONE and your live chat not working.

Avoid it. Has been with the service for the past 2 years. It has been working well until recently. Our regional hotline got cancelled without letting us know until we received complaints from the customer. Then another regional number which is still reachable has been claimed to be never with them. This demonstrates the company is running chaotically. Therefore, wouldn't recommended it to anyone.

We had been using eReceptionist for about two years, when we decided to get an additional 0800 number to compliment our geographic number. Unfortunately we were on the lowest call package and about a month afterwards, we got a large increase in calls, and we went well over our free call forwarding allowance, resulting in an unexpectedly large bill. I spoke to eReceptionist and they took their time to establish what the best call plan would be for us and then put us on that package.
