The customer service is absolutely terrible. You can never get in touch with anyone at the moment they have a recorded message saying that they are on holiday for the Easter break and will be returning on the 14th May its a joke.They are promoting a reception service and cannot even work their own system. I do not like leaving negative feedback but I have to say they really need to get their act together. We have had a simple problem with our system that they cannot sort out and to be frank is costing us money.

eReceptionist is terrible and very unreliable, they turn off the service without notice and treat customers poorly when you complain. I work for myself and they have no idea the impact of their actions on me and my family

Tired calling customer service to no avail, wasted so much time and still doesn't forward calls, provide professional voice or refund for stated FREE services. Watch out they take your money.

Service vraiment exceptionnel

Bought a number, tried to install the app on my phone for call forwarding, it says "the app is not supported in your region", I contacted them for refund they still did not respond... Either allow me to download the app or give me my money back to go for another service.

Excellent Service as usual . Anytime I have an issue which is rare it is dealt with promptly. I had a porting issue that I could not do on my dashboard and contacted support. (John B) looked after it right away. Thanks a million. Peter

I raised my query via e-mail as I was having an issue with some functionality and John B came back to me straight away and he had sorted the issue for me. Great service and very polite.

I dealt with Anna from customer service, and should her to be friendly and efficient.

I called with a query about the call recording add on to my eReceptionist and ended up asking several questions about features and pricing. John answered them fully and nothing was too much trouble.
