Please forgive my spelling, but I received amazing customer service from Boron & Leeya today, who helped to register me as a Client and set up my account/walked me through exactly how best to use the system (which is very easy to use by the way and I'm a tech-challenged person!). Excellent customer service! Been with ereceptionist for 4 years now and I can definitely say they are getting better and better every day. Been on a call with them earlier today and one of their employees "Marijana" was probably the best customer service representative I have ever encountered , professional and a dedicated problem solver! 10 out of 10

So far, so good. I called the number and spoke with Jayeshree - a real person! She talked me through the set up process and costs. Within 4 days I had my own 0330 number, and customized greeting all set up and live. I had a few questions and although Jayeshree's line was busy very often with incoming calls, she always replied timely to answer my questions. My business now seems so much 'bigger' and all for a very fair monthly fee with no tie-in. I'd say that Jayeshree is a credit to the company.

I tried to create an account. I pressed the "free trial" during registration. When they told me to provide my payment card details I gave up further registration. I completely did not use their services. After some time I got a message that I owe them money. Nightmarish experiences. PS: my problem is solved, quick support response hence the change of rating

Overly complicated, app doesn't keep you signed in and you can't cancel in your account. You have to ring their team to cancel which is taking forever to connect.

terrible service. cannot change access code or chair pin. use to be able on y own but now cannot and have to call them. They never call you back and you have to always call them back. takes at least a day to change, ogoing issue for two months and they pretend they dont know. created a second account to check and it has the same issue, clearly they dont own up to their faults,, they have one service engineer at hand. shame the company has gone downhill. been with then for 8 years. Time to say bye
