Every time we have had work completed it has been done to a high spec which is why we would highly recommend them to anyone who was needing work done.

I have recently used the services of Dunraven Windows to carry out a major upgrade to an existing conservatory at our family home. At the outset I would say that this nor the first time I had employed the company, and such was the standard of their work and their obvious work ethic in the past, I needed no persuasion to go to them again. From the outset the service provided was to a high standard including “on site meetings” with company planners and senior staff who went out of their way to provide me with ideas, the builders who subsequently began the upgrade and also had a major part to play throughout. It was the case that they were all very professional, prepared to go the extra yard, were always prompt and courteous and all of their work was to a very high standard.Now our conservatory has become centre point of our home. I do not hesitate therefore in highly recommending Dunraven Windows to anyone who may require related work.

I don't normally write reviews as experiences are personal but in this case and in the current circumstances I felt I had to. The staff that installed our windows were so professional and SAFE! They made me feel totally 'in safe hands'. Everything was expertly done from the start where all the floors were covered including the staircase. All rubbish was taken away and honestly you wouldn't have know they'd have been. Superb and I've already recommended them to a friend!

Dunraven recently fitted a new conservatory roof and front door for us. I honestly can’t recommend them enough, their workmanship was second to none and they customer service excellent. An extremely professional company. The service was excellent. The initial consultation, measurement and advice was thorough. The fitters were punctual and worked productively throughout the whole of the three days. They completely tidied everything away at the end of each day and took away everything, including all of the old windows on the last day. They were also very aware of safety measures/social distancing etc... We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend the company to others.

We decided to replace the roof on our conservatory , we decided to go with Dunraven their quote was good and the work would be done in good time. The workmen were very polite and worked very professional , any queries we had were answered straight away and they worked in a tidy organised way. We could not fault the quality of the product and we would recommend Dunraven to family and friends .

Professional and courteous with expert knowledge in their industry. We've had several composite and uPVC based products from Dunraven and the experience is always the same. The fitters are always on-time and work hard to expedite your installation. They are always respectful of our property and clean up thoroughly. The products have been great and you can appreciate the level of quality every time you use them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will undoubtedly use them again.

SIMPLY STUNNING.... We have recently had our house fitted with windows, doors and bi-folds which look amazing, the quality and product is outstanding and the service we received from start to finish has been TOP CLASS. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We have used Dunraven for the last 6 years and i cannot recommend them enough. They have supplied us with all our windows, doors which include a stable door, French doors, sliding doors and a very large set of bifolds. All of which we are extremely pleased with. What I also like about Dunraven is they take all the stress away from you by arranging the tradesmen required. For example I needed some radiators moved before taking a window out. I received a call on the morning to say the plumber would be here at a set time, he came and went and shortly after the wall was knocked out , new doors back in and a plasterer here waiting to patch up . It really doesn't get better than that for me. They offer great advice, the quality of the windows and doors are fantastic and we have always had a great service overall. After some previous experiences with other companies I will only use Dunraven windows now. Top service all and thank you 😊

Excellent service throughout, very pleased with the final product

A representative called at our house and went through all options, costs and procedures. A date was set for the work to start and the scaffolders and fitters arrived on time as previously arranged. The fitting of a velux window, which entailed some tricky roof re-construction was completed by two expert fitters by early afternoon. They were polite, efficient and thoroughly professional.Everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. The following morning, two craftspeople arrived to finish off the interior work - again, the quality of work was nothing short of magnificent. We were thrilled that in the space of 30 hours the whole job had been completed to an extremely high standard by workers who were polite and efficient and observed Coronavirus rules. I had expected a lot of disruption and mess in our home - that was certainly not the case. We hardly noticed the workers were there, and they cleared everything away, leaving us with virtually nothing to do other than enjoy the results. After the job had been completed, Dunraven staff contacted us to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of work - they were particularly interested in the conduct and efficiency of their workers and in the quality of the work completed. The cost was surprisingly competitive and a big plus. Excellent value for money. I cannot recommend Dunraven highly enough, and I should like to thank all those involved for ensuring that this was an easy and highly satisfying experience for us. Many, Many thanks
